Re: Becoming a Post God - Post Your Tips Here
Keem and Shaq are my next players to play with. I have a Jokic and M Gasol video in the works.
But in regards to doubling the big. That is more first and biggest concern. Is waiting for the double team to come. I'm always aware of my outlets. Especially if you have cutters on offense. You can get a lot of off baller who doing cut. And are usually looking for the steal.

Re: Becoming a Post God - Post Your Tips Here
So can you dropstep with the stick at all? His about every other post move can be done with the stick but I can never do a simple dropstep.

Re: Becoming a Post God - Post Your Tips Here
I can't lie, im not enjoying the post game as much this year mainly because of all the stupid body blocks.
I execute a perfect up and under fake, get my man jumping in the air and he still blocks me on the way DOWN with a part of his BODY. It's very frustrating.
Then if you try to wait it out they jump back up immediately after already jumping the first time and still end up with the block
Am i missing something? This is all online gameplay. This is killing the post game for me right now.
Not my video but here is an example of what i mean. This happens in 5v5 modes too

Re: Becoming a Post God - Post Your Tips Here
I managed to get one today with the Kings coincidentally. I was forced into it after I hit the wrong icon pass button on the roll and the big sealed his man. I hit the manual lob pass just to see if it would work and it made it over both defenders.
I'm gonna try it more now that I see how effective it can be.

Re: Becoming a Post God - Post Your Tips Here
That actually is a good idea. The drop step is the only oddball move in the post that isn't mapped on the stick. I thought maybe a quick double double tap of the stick towards the rim could do the job as well.HELLO BROOKYLN.

Re: Becoming a Post God - Post Your Tips Here
Finally started a Pelicans MyLeague and I'm loving playing with AD and Boogie in the post. I'm glad I took so much time to lab and refine my post game before getting started. All that time and effort really paid off, and I appreciate all the feedback and tips you guys have given.
First game was against the Grizzlies (on Superstar, 11 minute quarters), and I destroyed their PFs in the post with AD to the tune of 25 points in the first half. Then Boogie took over with some pick and pops and good old fashioned bully ball in the second half. Each finished with 30+ in a 99-87 win. Playing with two true bigs is super fun this year. I dominated the boards, creating much-needed extra possessions in a game where I shot 25% from 3. I love going against the grain in an era increasingly dominated by small ball. Next game is against the Warriors, which will be the true test of playing big vs playing small. Can't wait!End Game Lineup: http://2kmtcentral.com/17/lineups/10...ine-end-lineup

Re: Becoming a Post God - Post Your Tips Here
The dream shake fade and hook are the go-to's, but I also mixed in the spin against bad post defenders and the drop step baseline against smaller defenders. Gasol is really good and made things tough on me, but I abused everyone else that was guarding AD or Boogie. I did notice I got more bites on up and unders than I thought I would. They were very ineffective at fooling defenders when I labbed them, but I'm going to keep sprinkling them in to get a better picture of their effectiveness in the context of a game.End Game Lineup: http://2kmtcentral.com/17/lineups/10...ine-end-lineup

So when you do the drop stop does it seem like you are forced into an auto pump fake. Because that is what I'm seeing right now.76 6"6" 180lbs Sharpshooting Playmaking SF
