Is 2K more bugged than other sport games? I honestly couldn't tell you because I don't play anything other than 2K.

What I can tell you is other sport games like Madden don't actually allow you to even play football. Little things like putting multiple players into motion is something that Madden has still been unable to provide the user and we are in the year 2017.

So when I hear folks whining about this game, when fundamentally speaking the game is as sound as anyone could reasonably ask, when the game even gives the users the ability to play without ever having to rely on an AI opponent/teammate for their experience, my perception is that it's petty.
What makes that particular commenter even funnier is that he/she supposedly doesn't even have the game. Yet has the gall to say what kind of experience it is this year.

What makes this particular commenter even funnier is that he doesn't have a clue if I have the game or not.
And what makes others in particular even funnier is that one cannot express their dissatisfaction with the game in this forum because, if he does, it means he is only trolling or he is talking nonsense about something he does not know what it is about.
Maybe I will just leave everybody alone and let you discuss how great 2k18 is this year. Next year, when VC is even more difficult to get and bugs are all over the place, you will all buy the game once again and discuss its "greatness" and criticize a low rating score.

This game is cool, gameplay is nice but the bugs and flaws all across the board are too much for a AAA game that is getting yearly releases.
Too many legacy bugs and lags and online issues that have been in the game for YEARS.

The game is a solid 5.5 to me

Offline with friends 9.6. The gameplay really is that good. Online 3.5.

I hate the " bu but the other games have bugs too " argument. It makes no sense.

I don't play mycareer but the microtransactions alone give objective critics enough reason to score the game 5 or lower. Just embrace the whale hunting and make mycareer F2P, it's almost there as it is.

Not really.. Games for $60-$160 shouldn't be bugged. That's really a beta thing to be happening.

Every game is going to have bugs, but the stuff I see in this game is barely beta quality.

I mean, people are asking the question "How do I get my whole team into a Pro-AM arena?" "Why do I have to send squad invites twice?"

That shouldn't happen, for something you advertise as one of your main modes.

And I think that was a bad design idea or poorly communicated.

                            Exactly.

And secondly, that is a ****ty argument. Cause we are in a 2K related forum, bringing up other games (especially other genres) doesnt make sense.

Some of you dudes will go above and beyond to defend this ****.
How you gonna price a game 150€ and it barely works ?
Most of the main features the company hyped up barely works flawlessly.

The fact that we're already 3 patches in, and that the game only came out 10 days ago is a BIG problem.

It has the potential to be the goat sports game, but i feel like they are always doing the most unecessary things to make it almost unplayable.

I've never ever had a game consistently as broken as 2k. Ever. It's actually mind boggling when full game modes or features don't work at launch and we are asked to shrug it off. Maybe that doesn't bother you, but it seems amateur to me, and everytime I buy another game, I'm pretty darn confident I'm going to get the game and have it 99% work. With 2k I'm always weary that half the game will have bugs and issues so I never put time in anything but play now until patch 17.775 comes out.
