Man, I remember when I first started MyCareer in 2k11 and they had press conferences in, I was so hyped! I wish they expanded on it throughout the years instead of making it a secondary thing.

Sammy leads NBA 3PT % in my season with 58,7 % because he has only 6-8 playtime per game. His passing skills are absolutely trash & his one man show is so dumb at times. Nice that we don't have to spend another season with him.

I can't wait to get to season 2 so i can finally get rid of all these cutscenes. A lot of them don't even advance the story, like pre-game dancing in the locker room? really.

But I'm playing every game on 12 min quarters so it'll be a while. I'm only at December 25 still.

Hard to play through this damn game with a slashing player who still can't DUNK.

Are trying to dunk on people or are you trying to get open dunks?

Because my player is 6'5, 175lbs and not even a pure slasher (slasher/defense) and I can dunk just fine on Superstar difficulty.

The problem we have is that the thread is about the MyCareer storyline and cutscenes, texts, etc. yet your posts sort of implies that this thread is useless unless your problem with your player not dunking is fixed.. If you're having a problem with your slasher not dunking, maybe post in the thread already covering that issue, or if there isnt one already, start your own thread. What good is it to post your problem here when the thread title has absolutely no mentions of anything related to your issue. It's like me going to a MyLeague thread and posting an issue I have in Pro-Am.

Sounds exactly like something the forum police would say. What happened to the days of lone posters going wild and disobeying the rules, redirecting thread topics, using caps, etc etc? Are we such sheep that we must get our kicks by restating the rules?

Just kidding guys, I'm genuinely very frustrated with a couple of key glitches (dunking, accessories, missing VC) and they I let it get to me and spill over into this thread, for that, I apologize. Carry on as you will, end of thread: No cutscenes in season 2, very little texting, and Shammy is no longer with you. Enjoy the game forum police!

I re-signed with the Pacers for the 2nd Season and Shammy is still there and I get some cutscenes. However on the 4th game I met with Joel Embiid and he told me to "enjoy the offseason." I'm just going to pretend Embiid was talking trash on that one.

There was a mistake made by 2k with the myplayer tendencies. Once you reach ovr 90 and get to the GM perks you get to view your tendencies. Not sure if it’s with pure slashers too but if you have a primary:slashing Secondary: playmaking player your driving dunk tendency is only a 25. Just to put it into perspective for everyone Stephen curry has a 40 driving dunk tendency. Go figure

The most annoying thing to me is the half time and post game interviews.

Like damn. This has literally zero impact on anything else we do...and it has to be done every damn game.
