Adding and removing plays from the playbook

Ok so when I remove or replace a play in my playbook it does take it out and when I add plays it gets added to the playbook like it should but when I exit out and go back it goes to the original playbook...... is there a way to save it?

Which mode? Roster edits in the main menu, MyLeague, etc.?

Maybe it's a glitch. Have you tried rebooting the game and/or your console?

I got it it was a coach glitch that one didn't work but I signed a new one and it stayed there thanks for helping

If possible, take a picture and post it here so Devs may be able to address the glitch

I'm having the same problem. In previous years I would set my MyLeague playbook to User Playbook 1, edit plays from there, then set my playbook to User Playbook 1 in PlayNow, but it doesn't work now.

I know this thread is like 4 months old but I found a solution last night so I thought I'd share just in case anybody else is looking. I only know how to do this in MyLeague/MyGM, not Play Now.

Go to Coach Gameplan and go to the screen that has the coach sliders/preferences (you should be able to do this by hitting R2 or right bumper). One of the preferences is something along the lines of "Playbook". It will be set based on who your coach is. Switch this to UserPlaybook1 or UserPlaybook2. Now when you go to add/remove plays, your choices should stay instead of being reverted once you leave that screen. I have not yet tested if the playbook will remain the same even if you switch playbooks again.
