If I press double team button it has an effect (gives players sticky hands). If I press int foul button, it makes people miss wide open jump shots. You wonder why there are so many fouls in the game? It's because someone on the other team has pressed either double team or int foul buttons. This has already been confirmed by Da Czar that it was in the game. But 2K STILL hasn't fixed this! They've just added more fouls. These things should be completely disabled, as if they weren't even pressed. 5 year glitch and counting...

Game impacting glitch that's been in 5on5 multiplayer since NBA 2K13
Can someone explain why CPU commands work for pro-am and mypark?? (aka non-CPU modes)

It's in a past thread on here. I remember seeing it. If you doubt this glitch is valid just try it out yourself it's still in there. Basically he just confirmed that this is in the game and 2K is aware of it. But they didn't fully remove it, they just put a bandaid on it by fouls being called more. If you think fouls have increased more in pro am, this is why.Last edited by Keith01; 10-12-2017, 05:05 PM.Comment

Well it was a pretty old thread. But the glitch is still there regardless. Pressing CPU buttons in a multiplayer mode just doesn't make sense. People are using this glitch to substitute defense. It makes all your players contest shots better, be more aggressive, have "sticky hands" on defense, even if the defender sucks. Many competitive players use this glitch. Very easy to test this, just anyone can hop in a pro-am game and go ahead and try it out.
I play in pro-am with 4 of my friends including myself at the sf postion with cpu at pf, do i press L1 than Triangle(ps4)? and does pressing the int foul button really make the persons wide open shot brick? I find that really hard to believe...Comment

When you say "Pressing cpu buttons" how do you do that exactly?

LB double team button
int foul button
Best way to test this is to test this out in game. You will see it results in more steals, more super glue hands (from any player), and more missed shots. Basically, straight no skill cheese/glitch. Had a team do this to my team today, so I did it back.Comment

There have been dozens of times where I've been down like 4-5 under a minute and I go to intentionally foul only to leave a guy wide open for a three and he drills it. I don't think this is founded.Comment

Just because you are not aware of a silent glitch, doesnt mean it doesnt exist. Ive tested this out PLENTY. This is why 2K needs to actually test it out hands on themselves. It's a glitch created by the lack of separation between CPU commands and human multiplayer.
Think about it, when you tell the CPU to int foul, it causes them to all of a sudden get a burst of speed to rush towards a player, creating a pressurized force in the game. This is what causes thr artificial recoveey speeds and artificial aggressive defense.Comment
