Ok, I finally understand. I’m not making it about you, I’m sinply trying to make sure we all understand how it works so we can say something is broken or not, and how to improve it.

So my question is, how do you know exactly what it’s suppose to do when you select a certain setting? Is this based off of something the devs detailed or just your opinion on how the defense should adjust when you select “shrink the floor?”

You gotta understand I’m not trying to be right or wrong, but pinpoint what’s going on.

Based on the Scott's Defensive Stream, he explained all the concepts in the ACE menu.

Does anyone else feel that the Pace of the Game is better after the Patch??

I usually test Sliders watching CPU vs. CPU and before the newest Patch, usually both teams had over 90 FGA per Game, now in four games after the Patch the highest was 88 (Portland) once, in the other games it was between 74-86.
(Hall of Fame/Default Sliders/12 Min.)

Could be coincidence. Could be a Roster Update. Could be placebo effect.
But for me the Gameplay looks better in the last two days.

No need to skip the Patch my friend, Gameplay is still amazing.

5th Game with Pelicans again looked very good, 83 shots for them, 84 for Sacramento.
But I think this is more tied to Roster Updates/ACE Updates.
Now testing it with GS and Houston.

Listen too me, I know how exactly it works and I know the principles of the defense. When I tell you it's broke it's broke. Like I said before, I noted this on day one of 2K17 and reported my findings.

1. if you have your ACE On and your Defensive Settings to AUTO they will adjust to the Coach and the Coaches input will be highlighted on the ACE MENU. That is not happening. IF you have your ACE OFF, you make all the decisions the ACE will not work for you but will for the CPU.

And this is for ksuttonjr76 the dude who swore up and down yesterday ACE work because it's "STICKING" and I kept trying to tell him it doesn't work.

Like I said...my settings stick. Please make note of the play art. 10 minutes of gameplay with ACE on.

What I did notice that there were two glitches during my gameplay. The "Share the Ball" and "Two Man" do flip flop. The second glitch is when you select a defensive schemes on the second page, it adds a fifth line showing "No Threes". So, technically you were right, but not for the reasons you thought you was.

I'll add this to the bugs/glitches thread.

EDIT: "Shrink the Floor" means protect the paint to me. Make note how the players are snagging off the 3PT shooters.

Played it last night p.c two games and not one ounce of fun.

Player the of game is picked with 5 minutes left in a 9 minute quarter...even if he has subpar stats. 100;%scripted.

Has happened 3 or 4 times, one time they gave one of my player's the Player of the Game with 3 minutes leftup by 4, we lost by 4.

Who gives out the award so early unless it's a blow out?

In Myplayer mode I had a triple double yet they gave it to Anthony Davis, who had 5 more points and 9 rebounds.

You change my game 2k. I paid 60$ for a full purchase. So guess what. I want my old game back..and I will get it back. Threw any means necessary I will get this game as it first came. Your welcome for taking my money. Your forcing me to do things that I DONT want to do. You still got my money...You still got my money........YOU STILL GOT MY MONEY!!!!! wow

one of my mycareer players has a shoe contract, bought shoes for nba games. the shoes are on the wall in mycourt but not in the closet and not available to play in nba games. in my other mycareer file, i go to footlocker, it says that all the shoes that i bought in the other myplayer are owned yet not in the closet in mycourt or available in nba games.

Ahh damn that sucks mine occured right after All-Star Weekend activities

Okay it seems fixed now. Eventually one time back in it loaded much quicker and into a cut scene and now it seems to be back to normal.

Makes you wonder what the all the people in 2K are doing with their paid work time. Are they not testing these patches before they release? It’s doesn’t seem hard to test for bugs, just ask one person to play it for 2 hours, testing everything. Sheesh.
