Magurkk's 97 Overall Player Hacked and Deleted. 2K should help recover it.
I'm not sure if you guys watch 2K youtuber's videos, one guys whos videos I have followed is Magurkk's. A little background on him, the dude plays 2K 24/7. The dude isnt the most perfect human being in the world, he says stuff to others in his videos that he shouldnt, he cried about when someone was a higher overall than him, etc. but the guy grinded like crazy, he was the highest overall in Xbox. His account got hacked by Vick the God, who then deleted his player. The twitter link is Vick the God deleting the account and Youtube link is of Magurkk's reacting to his player being deleted. The people at 2K must have some way of recovering his player, or even to attempt it. The guy makes his money off the game, advertises 2K in a way, and with this he looks depressed to the point he might just do something to himself. I hope the people at 2K can help him recover his player or make some kind of clone of it with his 97 overall.

No one deserves to have their account hacked at all, but this dude is the classic example of someone taking games way too seriously. Crying himself to sleep over a deleted player? Jesus F-in Christ dude, get a grip and get some fresh air.
2k can definitely recreate his player and give him is overall back.
i wouldn't be surprised if he is in on it with the dude that hacked him to stir up some drama and give his channel some promotion. -

Of course they can, they make maintenance data backups at least once per day.Comment

Sounds like if the kid plays the game 24/7, maybe he should get off his duff and go get a job. I dont think its good for anyone, mentally of physically to set in front of a TV playing video games all day longEveryone who exalts themselves will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted- Luke14-11

Blessing in disguise. Now he can throw his xbox into a river and live life.
And I really do mean that. Asking 2k to resuscitate his MP is like giving an alcoholic a fresh bottle of Vodka after his last one got stolen. This is addiction, pure and simple.

Whether we choose to accomplish the end in 2 months or 9 months: the journey requires the same amount of actions and time.
Magurk could very well slow down once he reached 99 which is maybe one month away from being accomplished.
If you're comparing this to alcohol and drug addiction: then his console is not at fault. It's the 2K grind that's enticed an individual to "go so hard" on the grind because it is the MP grind that holds the strings for addiction.

Lol I actually like to see a jerk knocked down a peg or two. However, that’s just super uncool, and whatever the max punishment there is for that should be given.

Re: Magurkk's 97 Overall Player Hacked and Deleted. 2K should help recover it.
There are people out there slaving away in their jobs and careers and even on these message boards and not even for a promotion or accolades and they are suffering all kinds of health attacks.
I'd much prefer a psychologist or therapist prove to us how evidently hazardous the 2K grind is too our health than try and run someone else's life by telling him he spends too much time on a video game.
At least if the former happens we will see a a betterment for the whole and not just a select few individuals. The latter is just hypocrisy talking because there is something we should all put away but we don't find it in our power of reason to do so.

Until someone has a nervous breakdown or suffers a fatal injury from this grind: I don't think it's that serious.

I think him staring at a screen over 10+ hours a day when he's not making an actual salary here.... (let's not act like his YouTube videos are making a ton if any revenue) is damaging yes.... limiting himself to no sunlight, no interaction to the outside world and tying his own self worth (he cried himself to sleep etc) to his virtual character doesn't sound too healthy.... pretty sure that's commonly accepted by every mental health professional?

Didn't know Xbox could be hacked. Assuming he guessed his password. He lucky it was only his mylplayer. Watched a few minutes not his videos....

Tough crowd. Personally, if that's how he wants to spend his free time, then that's his human right to do so. That's gives no one the right to delete his hard work. It might just be a "video game" to some, but it was something more to him.
I know people who do nothing, but smoke all damn day. No job. No education. At least he was doing something that didn't hurt anyone. Honestly, if I put that much time and effort into ANYTHING no matter how trivial it might seem to someone else, I would be livid if someone destroyed it.
Also, why are people assuming he's broke. For we all know, he could be sitting on a bank account with money he got from an inheritance.Comment
