    Nope, the One X has a liquid cooling chamber inside of it to prevent exhaust fans from overdriving and making that "jet" noise. This console is truly worth every penny, and is to me the future platform for all sports titles now. I'd say if you or anyone here is on PS, to trade it in towards a One X asap.

      I do, I have a Sony HDR for it's 8 bit for colors. It's the ish in 4k.

If you game quite a bit, then the upgrade is worth it and you can see the difference in these games. For me, I've played Madden, 2K and COD and all looked significantly better on the Xbox One X. The main word I'd use to describe how it looks is crisp.
        Me and my wife make a lot of money so it wasn't nothing to drop the cash for this but I would agree. This isn't cheap. The set-up combined is 2k. Not cheap at all. I partly got it for the 4k Blu Ray player as well.

          Yes I have a Sony A1E 65 inch Oled . I would definitely buy the X because all the multi platform games will always look better on the X vs the PS4 pro. If your a graphics whore and want to play the best version of the game The X is for you.

                How exactly do you know this, the X just came out and there is no proof that third party games will run better on the X because it is up to the publishers to take advantage of the additional power.

                  We're already seeing it. Madden, 2K, FIFA, Assassin's Creed Origins, Shadow of War and COD WW2 are all better on the Xbox One X from a visual and performance stand point. Even if it's just resolution, the One X is beating out the Pro.

                    Do in-game cutscenes/replays now run at 60 fps instead of 30 fps?

                      I would pick up the X for Madden especially but keep the Pro for The Show which Xbox won't get.

                        Honestly? People either over exaggerating or fanboys.

                        I have 2 year old 49 inch Samsung 4K TV and picked up xbox x on release day.

                        I can only say that it is a minor upgrade for 2k. You load a little faster and graphics are minor upgrades. I didn't even notice it prior to moving closer to the TV.. So unless your face is right in front of the TV, the difference is marginal for this game.

                        I tested this with Battlefield 1 too. Everything is a little better (load times, graphics) but I wouldn't call it a major upgrade from regular x box.

                        Definitely doesn't feel next GEN or anything groundbreaking.

                          I also agree with this standpoint more so than the other opinions in this thread.

                          I will say Madden is def a noticeable upgrade for sure.

                          I think 2K just didn't really take the time to utilize the system to its full potential.
                          Next year I'm hoping to see a massive difference compared to this upgrade.

                          It's only the beginning so let's hope to see more improvements moving forward.

                            Do you have HDR 10? On my tv it's a noticeable difference from the Pro to the X and I'm more Sony than Microsoft. This is my first Xbox since 360. Haven't compared 2k yet mostly Madden and COD

                              Agree to disagree, but my display is on the higher end and much bigger.

                              I'd compare the One=>X upgrade to 360=>One (or maybe standard blu-ray to 4k blu-ray).

                              I agree that the differences for most people is probably subtle. Going from 900p/1080p to 2160p isn't the quantum leap from standard to HD like 480p to 720p was.

                              However, if you have the gear and the budget this device is a nice upgrade.

                              As for 2k18, everything is a little crisper and I haven't seen any post-free throw slowdowns that occasionally showed up on my old One-S. Other games have much bigger improvements (Madden).

                                One S -> One x = Massive difference
                                Ps4 Pro -> One X = More clean, smooth, and better assets
                                (2k18)

                                Madden is a pretty significant difference
