No placebo. I was in the middle of a game when I got the update message. Saved my game at halftime and returned to the home menu. Got the update, loaded my game back up, and noticed the changes that I listed earlier.

The 2K Art team updated the Spurs and Blazers court!

2K does listen to the fans. For real.

I know they get a lot of comments, suggestions, etc. from fans/users/players. It's impossible to take down all the comments and make everyone happy. But they do their best.

This patch is proof of that. They DO listen and they DO care for their fan base. It's hard to make everyone happy. But they keep plugging along and doing their best.

Most companies won't even listen to their fanbase. They just say, this is it, and stick you with it. Props for 2K for listening to us and making changes. Art is a big change. But something we don't give them enough credit for is their constant improvement of gameplay through patches and updates too. They really listen to fan input/feedback.

I want to say. Great work to the 2K Art Team. You guys are the best. Keep it up. You got a life long 2K fan here. And, we fans, truly appreciate everything you do. All the time, effort, feedback, and communication with the fans. Thank you.

Those guys here talkin bout the "colours/graphics being more realistic/less cartoony" are trolling right hahaha.. You had me lookin, I'll give ya that.

Also goddamit still haven't fixed the bug where the game will briefly freeze when calling a defensive set with the D-Pad occasionally...

As a squad do we spawn together outside pro am? Or do we need to spend another 10 min loading into each others session where all but one loads at the statue?

well for me I can say I pretty much play 2k when I get home from work every night and after that patch i'm being stopped by the cpu defender during the hip ride sequence more often(not blowing by them like I used to).This is from me playing play today and my career.Also i'm not sliding around on defense all slow. Monday on back I was,Tuesday and today i'm not -kanye shrug-

When I use a roster that has advanced rotations set the cpu calls timeouts at a realistic clip but it doesn't account for the foul trouble scenario. I don't know what the connection is with advanced rotations and cpu timeouts but setting rotations definitely makes the cpu call timeouts, it's weird...been this way since day 1 and maybe that's why some people are seeing timeouts called by the cpu and some people aren't.

I’m playing the same game we are.

Offline, superstar, 12 min quarters.

The CPU frequently calls timeouts during the game when I play. I only see a select few people on here saying it’s a problem, and I’ve never seen it on Twitter or Reddit.

I don’t know what’s going on in other people’s games, but I see timeouts at a normal clip from the CPU

I have been seeing timeouts as well since day 1 but only when I use a roster that has rotations set. Are you using a roster with advanced rotations set??

2k tends to tweek gameplay with every patch and dont included it within the patch notes, sometimes those effects are lost when they do roster updates.

Sometimes I wonder why can't they release a full solid gameplay from the start like in the old days?

Patches are supposed to be what they are called; patches. By definition it should be some minor adjustments like new shoes, new hairstyles and all that little things but a slow overhaul of gameplay experience in each patch? That is not what I consider as a patch.
