Yeah....if the price is too good to be true on CDkeys it means that its the Euro version of the game. I don't know why they don't advertise it immediately. I think it was Shadow of Modor where I ordered it supposedly for ony 12 bucks but then got an email a day later that it was for the Euro version.

I have no issues with CDkeys if you want to buy a game that's been there for a good month already. I wouldn't preorder from them though....

Lesson learned haha. But the last two years I pre ordered from them and I actually got my keys for 2k17 and 2k18 a day before the actual release so I had time to preload the game. This year, though, they ****ed it up. They can't even say when they gonna send out the keys.

Not true. They list right on the page what region it is for.

Not always. When I placed my preorder from them, there was only a single listing for 2K19, and the region was listed as worldwide. Fast forward to Wednesday, and they had two separate listings, one for EU and one for US. When I contacted them about my preorder, they told me mine was the EU version, even though I placed the order when it was listed as worldwide.

Had the voidu region issue so I was worried, but when I woke up this morning I was able to install it. I guess it did unlock at midnight or at some point. I have more time until I can play it, so preloading didn't matter as much, but sucks overall for those who were wanting to do that!

I went to elsewhere and got another code, loaded right up. I'll file a dispute via PayPal and Discover. I'm glad you all had a good experience. I'll steer clear from here on out now.

that sucks man. but it serves as a good example of what can happen if you buy your key from an 'unofficial' seller. after reading your experience with voidu (although i had a good one), i won't be dealing with them anymore. gl.

Yeah, lesson learned. So now I've spent a few hundred on 2k, for X1, 2 PC, all anniversary editions. Oh well. Live and learn. I was able to cancel my PS4 preorder though, which probably wouldn't have been used all that much.

Got my refund after taking it to twitter, bought it from voidu with no issue and already got it preloaded. As someone mentioned earlier, never again am I pre-ordered from cdkeys. They're great for games already out

u may want to post on voidu's reddit page about your ordeal just to put them on the spot if they're not doing anything 4 u. there should be a 2k19 thread there started a few days ago.

After spamming thier support and leaving a bad review and requesting a refund I finally got my CD key from cdkeys. Shouldn't have had to go through all of this but whatever, you live and you learn.

They are fine for released game. For pre-order nah. I got PES 2019 two days ago from them and it was in few minutes in my Steam but I got NBA 2K19 from voidu just to be on the safe side
