The Hyperrev 2014 is in the game because it was revolutionary for its time. Budget shoe with full length Zoom. You not being constructive isn't helping at all. They'll be in the game pretty soon.

I saw someone post that the PG 2.5 and AD are in now but I do have a question.. since the inclusion of old school teams I've noticed that some of the kicks that nobody wears these days (ie the hype rev 2014, Penny's, etc) remain in game is it simply for the purposes of realism for the players on those teams? Also a tongue in cheek suggestion for this thread in general, I'm starting to think it needs a disclaimer about shoe licensing and that 2K cant just put the newest shoes in until the brand actually submits them for scanning so all the whiners can quit complaining

Even if 2K does that, some folks are just hella impatient with things and want it served ASAP. I get it; it IS disappointing to always have to wait until most of the kicks are already in, especially for MyLeague players, roster creators, and folks who use those custom rosters, but the whining has to somehow stop already.

Hyperdunk X coming soon, for sure. For newer kicks, we also gotta wait for the Curry 6 (which Curry's been spotted wearing), Kyrie 5, the shoe Anthony Davis is rocking, and Giannis' first signature shoe, the Yu Shuai 12 and the new BBB joints. Hopefully, we get a KT4 Low in so Gordon Hayward can look right, too.

I'm one of those complainers. The fact that 2K have NO way of getting specific shoes in hand is mind boggling.

not sure how its mind boggling, if you ever work with another corporation and their marketing department, then you will understand quickly. You really think all departments just have shoes sitting in their office to send?

I hope you dont believe that nike/adidas gives 2k a key to their warehouse.

Not trolling you here cause I dont think 2K can provide you with an answer, but I'd suggest you hit up Nike, Adidas, etc. and see if theres an actual reason for them delaying submissions for weeks or months on end, I remember in 2K18 the harden vol.2 took a few months AFTER releasing to be scanned in

ALL PENNY HARDAWAYS, ALL VINCE CARTERS, ALL IVERSONS,ALL PIPPENS...why is that unrealistic. I can go on multiple sites,Ebay etc. And can buy any of those listed above easily. I get tho

No, you haven't gotten it over the past couple of years. It's not 2K that decides to put them in. It's the shoe company that makes the decision. I dunno how many times people have to explain that fact to you again and again.
