I finally got to play and see for myself on my Xbox One X just now on my lunch break and the stuttering is not really noticeable. I mean I'm not saying I don't see any, but honestly if I hadn't read this thread first I probably wouldn't have noticed it.

And I did notice in the Youtube videos so maybe that patch did work.

I am using a Samsung KS8500 4K TV and an Xbox One X.

I will say that I did notice a tiny bit, as said above, and when I changed to the BROADCAST GENERIC camera view that alleviated it and I really didn't notice it anymore. I mean I actively looked for it and just did not see it.

Problem fixed! At least on my end for the last 15 minutes. With the game system on (not sure if that matters or not), I unplugged the HDMI cable from my tv and replugged back into the UHD-capable HDMI input. And BAM!!! No more lag-and i have my 4K resolution. I suggest everyone trying that. I am about to turn my system off now and see if it will remain stutter-free.

So this is what is working for me. And its going to be a pain in the....
I start a game with my system plugged into the non UHD port and right after tip, I pause and plug the system back into the UHD port and the 4k/HDR is visible and there is no stutter.

At least there is some kind of work-a-round.

Thinking I may just try and exchange it for the PS4 version. Very frustrating they haven’t acknowledged the problem and that they are working on a fix.

So, at the very end of that link it says if this doesn't fix your issue please submit a bug report...

So is this just a broadcast cam problem? If so it might go unnoticed by the masses since 2k cam is such a popular camara angle these days, and since its only on xbox one x that makes it even more unlikely to be noticed by enough to get 2ks full attention about the problem.

Once again, this is a problem that was also in 2k18 for xbox one X in certain arenas. They have to be aware of it. They probably just don't know how to fix it. Its pretty shocking that it somehow made it into this years game as well.

Yeah on Twitter I could only find one post about it. It seems rather minor to me, I honestly don't know what to think.
