Probably best to link twitch with the simnation page. That way we can get gameplay from both systems. Although, i dont think twitch is 1080p or 4k.
That's right I need to make a twitch account also.

When you guys are ready to post just ask me for the lot instead

You can also hand out the log ins to fellow SimNation members....

    It's not 23's accounts it's ours.

I'll definitely pass all this info along to Da_Czar on his twitter page and on simhangout Friday night, if you guys don't watch the simhangouts on youtube it is absolutely worth the time, the guus are down to earth and all about simulation basketball! I know Scott OG, the Czar, and Mike Wang will love to hear this. Czar even let the audience know last night that this thread had been created for us sim guys!

It will. Although the first couple of weeks will be an adjustment period as we get used to the new systems. Then the sim footage will flow.

By the way I love all these off balance jumpers you can take around the key by pushing the R stuck in different directions.

                    Re: The Official #SIMNATION Thread

Im seeing so much good stuff. The passes out of lay ups to the bigs for dunks seem strengthened this year. Maybe I think because Im playing with Deandre Jordan.

The oops were mentioned in the blog, and they seem to function better. Mavs fans will recognise the backdoor cut to Smith Jnr. But they aren't cheese. I saw Mo Bamba snatch 2 of my passes out of the air when I got the timing wrong.

                    https://<iframe width="560" height="...reen></iframe>

We;ve wanted the snake dribble for years, and it feels easier to trigger since the prelude. Man it feels good when you get it working.

                    https://<iframe width="560" height="...reen></iframe>

And we all know CPU double teaming has been...problematic...the past few years. Im only starting off in 5 on 5 scrimmage, but I am seeing a heap of stuff I havent seen in the game before. The team often plays on a string. There are off ball rotations. And is Bamba hedging between 2 guys off ball? This area looks a massive improvement.

The user will always be in God mode because we can see the entire court. But huge strides are being made.

For the project to make game recommendations, Dirk, I can use my company Dropbox to create a shared folder for people on the project, just to facilitate collaboration and document storage, editing, sharing, etc.

Just get me a list of email addresses for people who will be working the project and I can set it up and invite them to have access when the time comes.

                            Trades
-Team Style and Player Fame: affects how much overall rating is considered.
-Trade Discounts/Premiums: affects trade value on a given player like euro-stash, new player signing, untouchables, and age, which is broken down by team status (rebuilding, contending, etc.)
-Player Type: adjusts how much a team values each player type

Theres also draft pick value for each team status with future year depreciation, and lastly Lineup Impact vs Net Value, which sets how each team status evaluates total asset value relative to lineup impact for a complete trade.

                            Progression
For this, we get the normal progression/regression rates and training effects, plus:
-how quickly they progress for each practice intensity level,
-how quickly each player progresses based on their work ethic (medium, high, very high), and
-how quickly they progress based on if they have a team player or extremely confident badge, or none of those.

                            Attribute Progression
To go along with normal progression that is largely dependent on each player, attribute progression affects the entire league for their growth phase, peak phase, and decline phase.

                            Contracts
-Min and max contracts: sets the rating ceiling/floor for players expecting a minimum or max salary
-Salary Curve: affects the salary expectations of all players in between
-Potential: sets the importance for this in a young player's worth.
-Durability: same as potential but for older players.
-Minutes: sets the importance of minutes (previous season) for any players worth.
-Fame: importance of name recognition for player worth.
                            -Non-financial ambitions: same as 2k18.

                            ------------------------

Sorry if this is confusing at all, was trying to quickly get through it all so i can play for a bit.
Honestly can't wait till we figure out best settings for this. Hate when CPU signs a ton of centers, guys like Durant going to Indiana and stuff like that.

Gameplay is just perfect, challenging, I love it.

Posted this in another thread but figured I'd throw it in here as well.

I love it. I've nearly mastered about 1/3 of the series sets along with a couple of the freelances. Last night a buddy of mine and I started a myleague. Over the last four years we've played hundreds of hours of myleague with various teams. But every year, he finds a way to beat me in nearly every head to head match by finding the exploits (typically via pick & roll or force drive to the basket late in the shot clock).

I chose LAL and he took Boston. We simmed through four seasons total and played six games h2h. Before we started, I talked up the game's improvement in defense and the need to play strategic hoops. He claims to be a sim-player and knows the game well.

I beat him in all six matches, three of which were by double figures. He turned the ball over like crazy by over-dribbling into my defenders in the earlier matches but did improve as we continued to play. He struggled to get open looks. He typically runs plays but when no open look presents would always resort to PnR. In the past, this would result in an open roll man or wide open corner three. But not this year. I locked him down and he shot under 45% in five out of the six games.

He was completely unable to utilize Tatum(due to lack of stick skill). Nearly every score was generated by Kyrie's quickness and ability to nail contested jumpers. I actually took several plays off defensively just to allow him to stay somewhat in the game, lol.

I ran my sets and mixed them up frequently. I shot between 50 - 60 % nearly each game due to his inability to stay in proper position defensively along with the bad shots he attempted that led to easy transition opportunities for me. Long-story short, by the time we were done playing he was convinced offense was overpowered due to his inability to contain LeBron and Durant (signed via FA) in Iso situations. LOL.

This game is a hoops-head dream. Please 2K, keep the game as is. #simnation baby!
