I just posted this gameplay footage on the simnation thread. You don't have to watch the whole thing just skip to the end to see the stats. I want to know what you guys think? I think I locked down the 3 a bit.

This is all star default. Only tip I can give with the CPU pick and roll is to anticipate and switch or your CPU teammate will either steal or get lost on the pick.

60 point in the paint is A LOT. They did take a decent number of threes, so probably what should happen is more foul being called so that the CPU has more free throws and less points in the paint. I don't understand how they worked so well in how the user offense works and so poorly on the CPU's shot distribution, it doesn't represent how modern NBA teams play at all and it's almost impossible to defend.
The pick n roll is my main issue, I've never seen the CPU play a pick n pop for example, al they do is take pull ups. Also the number of steals is way to high. A few games ago i got 20 steals and CPU had 17. Normal NBA team get less than 10 steals.


Edit: amazing video quality btw. I'll try to check out the SimNation thread more to find good videos and opinions now that I know!

Forgot to mention I'm Phoenix on that game. I noticed that the CPU will get sloppy by the 4th and makes some mistakes.

I tried playing against the Warriors. They took 24 three pointers and scored 72 point in the paint.

I think the fact that just about everyone has hot zones under and around the basket is a huge reason why there are so many points in the paint in 2K19. It feels like the AI in this game wants to get as close to the basket as possible before shooting, unlike in 2K18 when they hunted for 3's and attempted the amount that matches the modern NBA. It's reminds me of 2K16 but with smarter AI, and the stats seem to be bearing out that way.

Pls, u have 3. I have 0! There're a lot 3 pt fouls in 2K17, but it could be due to my custom sliders.
If 2K ever patch the game, just patch these two fixes ... Lol

Yes NBA2k17, there was shooting fouls on 3pt attempts. The devs broke this in NBA2k18, and its still seems to be broke in 19 as well.

I did this past game draw another charge, so taking a charge is possible, problem is it just dont happen anywhere near often enough, as it was my 3rd in 16 games played,lol.

I posted in simnation thread. Anyway, warriors had 10 steals, 33 three point attempts with 12 makes and 38 PIP.

You must have guarded them tightly on the perimeter!

I did but I always have a feeling that they're forcing the issue to get close to the basket. Also they still killed me by 20 points but that's a whole different story lol.

Edit: I checked out your post in the SimNation thread. Did you tweak the sliders? Cause those stats look pretty solid.

Just HOF and adjust all the shooting sliders to 45 for Cpu (same as user).
Here's the link to 1st half gameplay where the Gsw lead still within reach. I recorded the defensive setting that I applied as well with the sliders at the start of game.

Note : I also adjusted GSW rotation line-up before game where I have Curry played the entire 1st & 3rd quarter and half the 2nd & 4th quarter. So yor stats and mine may differ slightly if u are using default rotation line-up by the Cpu. Am on 11-min quarter.
