In all my seasons in career the Suns didn't double team me..... that changed today. I could maybe have like 6 teams in the season which I could get good xp in.... it's now down to like 5.

I honestly feel 2K have definitely made the double teaming more intense the past week or so. I literally can't post up anymore with my inside center.

And yeah, they're not doing anything about these shooting builds hitting 80% to 90% of their 3 pointers on hall of fame difficulty.

NO. It is the A.I. picking up on your tendencies i.e. you're spaming a player to score. So the A.I. is trying to get you to do something else eventhough it is limited in what it can do, you are not. Play basketball, run some plays, run a series and don't spam a player. I also play as the Lakers, and Bron is only doubled in the post when I play because the defender is at a disadvantage.

Bringing the ball up with LeBron isnt some exploit lol your attitude is absurd. it makes absolutely zero basketball sense to double lebron like that, it is simply broken AI. I remember the exact same thing happening to me and it ruined a whole MyLeague a couple of years ago when they started doubling my PG for basically no reason, "making me" win every game easily. I havent had this experience since then and im very thankful for that.

Sadly I got no clue how to fix it...

We can still have the offense gameplan focus on Lbj, but dont need to have Lbj to bring up the ball to half court everytime. Like, running Horns/Cnr with Lbj at the elbow - a play the Cav often used to play through Lbj.
I will like Lbj to initiate the offense if possible. Until 2K can fix this issue, the above mentioned approach is another alternative for your consideration.

Sometimes I wonder if some hardcoding logic were implemented in the game to defend Lbj. I dont have this issue at all with Giannis bring the ball up to halfcourt.

Side topic : For years, I want the ball to be in Pippen's hands to initiate the offense. But 2K most of the time have MJ or Ron Harper by default to bring the ball up to midcourt. Any tips for this?

Make sure Pippen is set to Yes for Play Initiator, and maybe set it to No for Jordan.
