Wondering why it seems like player faces/likeness hardly get updated, I wouldn't think it would be that hard to update a players look for a patch (ex. Kyrie Irving with having more hair). Correct me if i'm wrong but just haven't seen much of any updates for player faces and hair.

A lot of us have been fighting for player likeness updates. A lot of players are outdated and inaccurate. You can tweet various 2K people, or chat with 2K support via live chat, or comment in my thread in 2K forums. We are working hard to get some updates.

I think that can take a longer time since they may want to do face scans instead of just putting fake hair on him. Wes Mathews picture has big hair but the player still has a buzz cut level.They don't have Lillard or DRuss platt like braids.


This is a game that has one of the main modes(MyLeague) broken after 1 season in. They will focus on VC things before they even think about player likeness in season.

Yah probably but I think thats pretty bad if they focus on vc rather than updating certain players, this is 2k19 after all by now players should get updates throughout the season, I understand it may take some time to do but it should be more of a focus if they want to make the game look and play as real life as possible..
