Why does 2K have a server status page?

I don't think its ever shown anything but all greens, even though it was down / not working much of last sunday, and appears to be acting up again?

Almost makes you wonder if its a static HTML page that just has the 'up and running' hard coded in?

thats exactly what it is. they are trying to fool people into thinking its not that big of an issue when at times we know it is.
