People forget that Mike was one of the better custom roster makers in the community before he was hired by VC/2K.
It's a tough job and he's putting out better 2K default rosters than we've ever had in the past. He's still been involved in the community since joining VC and has taken feedback in the past so try to build with him rather than tear down his work.
There's just more bandwidth in the community than any one roster maker could ever have and each of us have different priorities. Some cater to MyLeague/MyGM progression, others to replicating player likeness in sigs/shoes/accessories, and others to player tendencies and play style.
He's probably still on these forums taking in feedback from threads like this. Keep the feedback coming so we can all benefit.Comment

Oh I know Sim World, but they’re still on 2K18 and won’t make a 2K19 edition.
The roster from youAlreadyKnow is still a loong way from completion... FOR CHRIST SAKE!

I haven't played in a couple days, but I hope they fixed Kevin Durant's rotation/minutes. In all of the Play Now games I've played, he'd only play around 29 minutes. (His average last year was 34 minutes; 37, for his career.) He'd be in the game for 5-6 strong minutes, and regardless of how hot he was, the rotation would pull him out of the game, in favor of Iguodala...
Conversely, Steph Curry would be in the game for up to 44 minutes a game, he'd rarely ever sit for very long. This, despite the fact that he only averaged like 32 min/game last year, and his career avg is around 34 ...Comment

The Raptors rotations are completely wrong lol. OG has never played sg in his life (he can barely dribble).

Lowry/FVV/Wright
Green/Wright/Norm/
Kawhi/CJ Miles
Siakam/OG
JV/Ibaka/Monroe
The bench mob since LAST SEASON has always had the guard rotation of FVV at the 1 and Wright at the 2. For some reason 2k is adamant that Norm plays over Wright when thats never been true for the last 2 years.Comment

Notable omissions include: In the cases of LeBron/Giannis, currently switching them to PF incurs a 4 point drop (Giannis) & 5 point drop (LeBron) in overall.

Please make added content available to existing MyLeagues!!!!!! If I use this roster and they add city uniforms in a few weeks I can’t use them and that’s ridiculous and unacceptable

3 issues...
1) why does the official roster have Demarcus cousins injured for only 1-2 weeks? He’s not coming back until much later in the year.
2) why does the official roster not start with injuries in myleague even though I have it set to start with the pre-existing injuries?
3) why isn’t start today working? It says coming October 17th.Comment

Played only one game with the new update so far, and already had several observations.
First, the CPU did not call any timeouts. Which, for my preferences is fine by me because I hate having to button-mash through timeouts (I just roll with whichever auto-subs are thrown out there), but of course, having no timeouts called is not realistic...
Playing as the Warriors, the rotations/substitutions seemed improved. As I mentioned earlier in the thread, KD was constantly being subbed out, logging only 29 mins/game, while Curry was playing upwards to 44 mins. Now, they both played around 35-36 minutes...
Lastly, gameplay-wise, I could not keep the CPU off the offensive boards again (like when the game was first released). I was not as effective in bodying-up rebounders down low. One play, I was caught in between after a pick & roll and Norlens Noel caught a lob over me and threw it down. I just could not get a body on him before he took flight. Also, my CPU teammates seemed to be making poor decisions in regards to weakside help defense time after time, leaving guys like Westbrook wide open for corner threes. Going to have to tweak the sliders that I refined for myself, yet again.
