Going into season 3, literally every coach and every player on every team was released into free agency for no reason.

League ruining glitch, everyone is deflated and no longer wants to play. Anyone else have this issue?

Is there a way to turn off the ability to force wins?

Why would you need to disable that? Just don't use it if you don't want to.








Is it in anyone elses league, especially for people on the consoles and not on PC, nearly impossible to play any games? All over the day, it seems like all games are lagging now and most of get ended by a network error/disconnect in the course of the game.

So this was the year I officially threw in the towel on 2K. I bought the game but once MLO was buggy and park/rec were still the same matchmaking mess, haven't played since October. Revisiting this thread after seven months and still seeing people complain about the SAME issues that have been going on for years is mind boggling. The fact offseason is still broken...my god lol. I know when you're in the ecosystem of 2K every day it's hard to have a new perspective, but 2K does not deserve a dime from any of the MLO heads ever again for what they've put out the past 5+ years. Over five years and the devs barely acknowledge any of these deficiencies or provide a justification of any sort, and there's no one holding them accountable for providing said justification. 2K won't hesitate to pump MLO in their annual hype marketing campaign, but once the game drops and we get another half-baked malfunctioning game mode, the devs are scarce and inaccessible. What's worse is the few times they do bother to acknowledge the deficiencies with MLO, it's usually done with a brusque attitude and 1-2 sentence responses.

Due to the void of communication from 2K, loyal MLO heads keep inserting rationale after rationale in attempts to curry favor with the devs to fix the mode, but at some point, when you realize we're closer to 10 years having these issues (i.e., the SAME issues) than we are to 0, you have to stop making excuses for 2K and they either have to **** or get off the pot. By that I mean, either it's accepted the game mode will be buggy and will require immense workarounds hence forth, or individuals need to give their time and energy to different outlets. The very existence of this thread implies 2K cares about this mode, which all objective evidence will point to the contrary.

You would think it can't get anny worse, but somehow someway it does. 2K servers are plain trash.

Just finished the first season of a MLO. Got through the first few day’s of free agency and after simming through the rest we made it to progression fine. Then, when we moved to the new season a flashing screen came up. If you mash buttons it will take you back to a blank staff retirements page, but still shows the rosters after free agency and draft, but there is no way to advance further.

Anyone encountered a similar issue?

Happened to us as well. There is no solution as far as I've researched. And only theories on what causes it, though my guess is the more customization/dna swaps/settings you change the more likely. Seems to happen about 1 in every 10 leagues, rough estimate.

If you're desperate to avoid a redraft/restart of a new league, you should be able to get back to see rosters, so you could re-build current rosters...start a new non-fantasy draft league with those rosters....sim out S1 and start S2. But sounds like a sh!tload of work.

MLO games keep getting disconnected, lagging and keep having restore connection problems or fast forward issues which in most likely to end up in a disconnection...

if you are on PC you could use limnonos Tool to Export the rosters.

Unfortunately we are on Xbox. I don’t mind restarting, I just don’t want to waste more time doing another offseason if it is going to happen again. We are considering just doing a season long league and then redrafting again, because obviously that would affect who you would draft.

one User of my League said that 2k reported that they fixed some Problems with their Servers. dont Know where they proclaimed that. but today all games in our league went smoothly.

Same to me, lagging and virtually impossible to play.

Happened for the first time 10 days ago, the same day NBA2k20 was sold 5€ on PS4... maybe correlated to the new wage of users?

Hoping they'll fix it soon, it's unplayable
