see this is the problem with how we're so use to 2k doing us dirty. we give them passes for bad unrealistic basketball to the point where if it aint as horrible as it use to be we think its good. like just because you aint getting a F in the class doesnt make the D- and A+. thats what i see in these threads and hear on youtube from the community a lot. a lot of passes given. why? do you know how much money they make off of us buying the game and VC? do you know how big their team is? you do realize they have all the resources in the world to create this game. They have the know how since they've been doing it for over a decade. Why is it that we have a ton of the same problems we've had since like 2k9? makes no sense. and these are not Problems with Ram or a lack of processing power or a lack of computing power or hard drive space/speed. this is bad unrealistic logic built into the game. then patched to create other bad unrealistic logic in other areas.

This idea of when you patch one thing, you break another only happens often with 2k because the foundation was never built on realism to begin with. so if you fix one thing to make it more realistic all of your other unrealistic logic will rear its ugly head.

The only issue I have had in Rec and Park is my player not responding correctly to deflect/tip the oop. Even with what I would assume to be correct timing and good position between the ball and the finisher, my guy won’t go for the ball in the air.

thats because the lob is predetermined to be a successful catch. unless you're a defender with your defensive badges on gold or higher. you dont matter.
