How do you feel working for a company that tries to nickel and dime players in cheap ways, i know your in the gameplay department, but still most these guys on here turn a blind eye to 2k and what they do and always come back with the excuse that you guys have good offline modes, for me that doesnt mean anything if the other stuff still remains, but really how do you feel designing a game that has core gambling mechanics and cheap ways to incentivize virtual currency? rather than just having solid ironed out gameplay each year.Comment

Is it 'attacking' if he's asking truthful and legitimate questions which a substantial amount of the 2K community feel the exact same way about. Instead of shooting the messenger, how about 2K addresses the validity and content of the arguments. VC is apparently beyond the devs control, but gameplay isn't and the game is going in an arcade direction. 2K continues to be arrogant about their market share and profits, but they're not looking long term.
What does 2K do when the majority of the press is against them and stop giving them the benefit of the doubt, the customers are burnt out, the gameplay has lost all respectability, the company has lost credibility, etc etc ? That's the direction it's going if they don't adjust. You think that will have zero impact on marketing?lolComment

Marketing without SUBSTANCE is just noise.
Where's the substance?
- A game where absolute low iq bums become godlike shooters in JRC
- A game devolving into arcade and not caring
- A game where a substantial amount of fans who get burnt out on the "grind"
- A company who's become arrogant and synonymous with greed and forgetting their roots.
You may think there aren't consequences ever because it doesn't happen right away. All I gotta say is look at NBA Live. They were top dog for yeaaars.Comment

Still don't understand what your point is (other than being a 2K fan boy?).
What's your point? "The devs have zero say, it's the corporate bosses" ?? Great, so what good are they, they have zero power, zero say on gameplay. Do you understand that that has consequences with the fanbase?
Are you upset that 2K is getting justifiably criticized?
You seem to think 2K is above everything. They're not, it's a business. And if they continue down this road of low quality and "the devs can't do anything" excuses, they'll lose business. Just because it hasn't happened YET doesn't mean it won't eventually.Comment
