    I just started playing 2K again after a LONG lay off. I've been using Allstar which seems the most realistic thus far.

        All-star is the most realistic and fair default difficulty yes, cuz Superstar and HOF actually cheat the user (with sliders) and allows the CPU to cheeze. All comes down to what you're looking for tbh though. If you're looking for a more realistic experience and you don't wanna mess with sliders, All-star is for you. If you're looking for more challenge, Superstar and HOF is where it's at.
