Could someone else test this and see if they get the same results. This particular bug may actually be fixed.

I actually haven’t noticed it recently either. However, could be because I haven’t been playing Myleague as much. Let’s hope that it’s finally fixed

Can anyone confirm that this bug has been fixed? Would also like to know if the shot tendency and stat glitches have been fixed? I'd reinstall if these bugs are finally corrected, but I'm a pessimist...

Honestly not sure at this point. Earlier today i was playing and i saw a couple 68 and 69 overall guys turn into 74 and 75 overalls. Maybe they decided to just tone it down rather than remove it altogether? Or maybe they didn’t touch it at all, who knows

My team picked up a 69 ovr LiAngelo Ball as an undrafted free agent and he chilled in the G-League for 2 years now he’s a 77 ovr his potential is only a 78 and his peak is from 23-29(he’s 22) so idk how he progressed so quickly.

The Blazers signed Donovan Mitchell and kept Lillard/McCollum/Nurkic as well as most of their core and somehow managed to start the season off 3-15? Team chemistry is +80% and the get blown out nearly every game with a -16 point differential. The Lakers with AD and LeBron are 4-14 with LeBron averaging ~19 ppg. The Bucks are ~11 games under .500, but the Knicks are 3rd in the East ~9 games over .500. The Suns are 3rd in the West at 14-5 behind the 20-1 Warriors and the 16-4 Wolves. These teams have one star player and a bunch of sub 80 players yet somehow manage to become top teams consistently.

-Great teams (Ex. the Bucks) are barley making the playoffs while, for god knows what reason, terrible teams like the Hawks, Knicks and Cavs are winning 40+ games a season.

-The playoffs are a joke. In my very first season that I simmed, the championship was between the 8th seed Suns (Why are they even in the playoffs to begin with?!?!?!) and the 4th seed Pacers. The Warriors (#1 Seed) and the Rockets (#2 Seed) both lost in the first round.

-The pace of the league is way, wayyy off. There's like 4 guys a season who average above 25 points per game, guys like Anthony Davis and Giannis only average around 24 PPG even with their shot tendencies at 100, and a handful of teams are averaging well under 100 points per game. (I know this season has been played at a historically high pace, but this is a very slow pace compared to past seasons as well).

-Why the hell does every G-League and 2-Way player turn into a beast? I don't want to see Jarnell Stokes, who averages a whopping 2.4 PPG for his career, randomly turn into an 80 overall who averages 15 a game. In real life, you see this every once in a while, not every single time a player signs a 2-Way contract.

-Awards are broken. Clint Capela averages 19 PPG and 15 RPG and didn't make the All-Star or All-NBA team. Blake Griffin (a career 21.8 PPG player) won most improved player while averaging 23.6 PPG (Which isn't even a career high for him!), Steph averages 33 PPG and wins MVP every season. All-Defensive teams are based solely on who has the most steals and blocks, you'll never see a guy like Avery Bradley or Andre Roberson make the All-Defensive team.

-Players barley shoot free throws, guys like Joel Embiid who average 10+ FTA in real life very, very rarely average above 7 FTA in-game.

-These are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head, I'll add to the list when more come to mind. Bottom line is that the game mode has had these problems for a very long time. Why does 2k continue to ignore them? Have they decided to just give up on the mode altogether?

Been the same **** for years..... they only care about myteam

Re: MyLeague's problems MUST be addressed to save the gamemode

I was trying to figure out what could be causing MyLeague to be so unbalanced, and one of the problems I think is that 2k has been steadily inflating player ratings as the years have gone on.

Take a look at these numbers from 2k16 and 2k19.

                NBA 2k16
Total players rated in the 90s: 11 (3 players rated 95+ overall)
Total players rated in the 80s: 60
Total players rated in the 75-79s: 138

                NBA 2k19
Total players rated in the 90s: 14 (6 players rated 95+ overall)
Total players rated in the 80s: 84
Total players rated in the 75-79s: 164

I think the biggest problem may be the amount of players rated in the 80s. Bad teams have too many highly rated players. Haven’t tested it out, but maybe creating a custom roster with player ratings more closely resembling 2k16 could help fix some of the problems where terrible teams make the playoffs and good teams don’t.

Right now the Suns have 3 players rated in the 80s and are one of the worst teams in the league. Back in 2k16 when the 76ers were the worst team in the league, Jahlil Okafor was there highest rated player at just a 78 overall.
