I don't know if you play MyTeam but since players started having 90+ in every category no one uses players under 6'7" anymore lol. I went 12-0 back to back times and of those 24 games 5 people played actual non Magic Johnson point guards. Everyone else was running some SF like LeBron, Kawhi, or Kirilenko. It's gotten so bad that people hardly even run SGs anymore.

If big men can dribble, shoot, defend, rebound, pass etc. no one is going to run small players lol.
But that's why offline and online should be separated. If I want to create a 7' PG with handles like Kyrie, Westbrook's athleticism, Curry's three point shooting, and Shaq's dominance inside, I should be able to do that in the single player career mode. They can enforce stat caps online without forcing offline players into limited archetypes; they just choose not to for some reason.

Pretty sure he said he came back to work with the dev team.

Ronnie2k is not a developer either, he’s the community manager.
It always bothers me when people tell him to fix the game. He and LD2k can pass along info to the developers, but neither actually “work” on the development team.
Before LD2k left he was also a community manager, but I’m not sure what his title is since he came back.

I'm conflicted. Usually I would say something about the complaints but it's the only way for the thread to stay alive till Mike actually tweets something about the game lol

If there is some news coming today hopefully Mike can fill in on whatever is going to be posted today.

How do you know the separating online from offline would result in unrestricted created players? It may just be that they don’t envision the mode being played that way. I’ve played plenty of sports games where the offline career modes are restricted. It’s funny there’s always been this conjecture that separating career mode would mean you could make God-Players offline but for all we know it could just be a design decision.

Bigs not being able to use certain bases is a bandaid fix..

The real problem is that they jump so high and get little bursts of speed off moves that their ratings indicate they cant do.

Same way I see sharps going up and getting random poster dunks off a good rim grazer dunk animation, or see pg's do standing dunks on big men where they completely just miss the block for no reason.

Instead of limiting animations, fix why they're broken lol

                    Just my 2 cents

There are quite a few alternatives to base 11 and base 8. I'm pretty sure Bigs won't have an issue being limited to certain bases if they can find a decent set shot. There are plenty to choose from.

As for Beluba claims of them nerfing badges. I have to see it to believe it. According to devs last year Stretch Bigs weren't going to be that great in 2k19 and it ended up being one of the best builds in the game.

                                Let's keep it 100%.

The true test of the changes will be when it's released to the public. There are some general gameplay exploits/glitches that anyone can find. Then there are the gameplay exploits/glitches that only the diehard cheesers find. It's the exploits/glitches found by cheesers that I'm worried about, because cheesers will be cheesers.
