i thought PC and xbox one alway have one or 2 weeks early to pre-load on games, PS4 only 3 days early to pre-load games

I don't remember from last year, but I thought the game "grew" as it got closer and closer to the release date, so it's completely downloaded on release night.

I doubt that...NBA 2K19 is about 56 GB. I wouldn't expect it to be no more than 60 GB with the addition of the WNBA.
