Pardon my ignorance but what exactly was the materials glitch or issue in the shoe creator I’ve always heard guys talk about it but never understood exactly what the problem was ??

Guys just a heads up, The new patch finally fixed materials in the shoe creator!

Was gonna post this yesterday but I thought maybe someone had already beat me too it. I’m sick bc I bought a few sneakers before they fixed it now those sneakers look crazy lol so now ima have to remake a few of them. Happy they fixed this tho. I remember that’s what I hated the most about 2k17 was the texture glitch on the shoes it was so annoying and such an eye sore

It’s all good man. The textures of the materials were all messed up. Like for example when u are creating the Jordan 11s with all the textures being messed up, there was no way to create them to make them resemble what they look like in real life. In other words, the “metal” texture is supposed to resemble patent leather or shiny material but before the patch it looked more like the “shiny plastic” texture.

Yeah me neither, I'm normally a fan of pumas but that particular casual model was not it. It's a collab with some other brand I think. But yeah not a fan either.
