Two months heavy grinding. I know a guy who’s a 97 didn’t pay for any vc. But the guy plays everyday

I know they said it should be a lot quicker where it should be weeks, not months.

BUT, I'm assuming that is if you buy VC. I wish they let us start out at least 70. That way you are starting out a little more competitive. They pretty much force people to want to buy VC so they are competitive right away.

I'm haven't bought VC in years. Even then it was just $10. Hopefully, they continue to factor in difficulty level. So if I play on HOF hopefully I level up quicker at lower OVR. But I don't plan on buying game at release. I'm waiting for Black Friday deal. So in mean time, I will use MyNBA2k app to farm VC. Already have about 4000VC. So by mid November I should have about 37000VC to start my career. So it should get me to mid 70s.

Im guessing getting the "upgrades" will be easy, but the VC to apply them will be the grind part.

Since road to 99 isnt a thing anymore I dont think they are making the process grind

well, the VC that people buy to upgrade their player to 60-85 is where they make the most $$... so I'm gonna guess one season and a half of playing should get you 85, maybe less if endorsements pay off

With me saving VC with 2kapp, I usually start out mid 70s. I usually get to 88 by ASW. So without that, I assume it will be at least 1 season

Play 1 season every game. Try to get as much VC from endorsements as possible.

Oh within the first 24 hours, we'll see hundreds of VC Glitch videos. Someone will always take time to find as many glitches as they can.

I think it will be a decent amount of time. But I'm thinking/hoping that playing MyCareer games on higher difficulty should speed up process. I don't play Park, but I would wait until I get my player to a 85 before I bring him to online games. I don't think you'll get much progression chances before you get to NBA, even the Summer League.

Me personally, It is going to take me a little while to grind up there. I don't play my game on days I work and time is always limited on days off with family. Only thing is I don't want the grind to be too long like previous years. I like the grind, actually once I get to the point where I stop grinding, I lose interest. But, I don't want to spend months of grinding because of limited time and I never get full chance to enjoy the game. One thing I hated was having to do repetitive actions just to grind faster. I just want to have fun and play a realistic game and grind along the way. So I'm hopefully with my saving up to close to 37K VC with NBA2k app, that I start off with low to mid 70 and I can do a few things well off the bat.

Just by the daily mini game. A total 475 VC each day. It is not much. Especially when it use to be as high as 2100 VC a day in MyNBA2k17 and back. They have gotten really stingy with VC. But if you did it each day since the app drop, it adds up. Only takes about 10 minutes a day(I usually do it at work when not busy). I'm waiting until Black Friday sales to get game. So if I do the app each day, I will store up to 37K VC without paying a single penny

I got to a 85 last year solely playing my career and using endorsements in about 3 days. It’s a grind but it’s free. Should be able to get there by playing 1 season. Give or take.

took me way longer, but i also made the mistake of trying to badge up at the same time and played longer games.

whats the best settings to farm VC in mycareer? short games, low difficulty and roll in endorsements?

can't remember how i went about it last year
