What is the bug? Whenever i scan my face to the game. I always get big cheeks. Tried a lot of different techniques but still cheeks is always too big like myplayer ate a whole restaurant. I am skinny in real life so i dont know if im just doing the facescan wrong or its a bug in the game.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Whenever i scan my face to the game.

What is the bug? MyTeam Unlimited randomly disconnects the game if a timeout is called.
What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? MyTeam Unlimited
How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Manually calling a timeout can trigger the disconnect.
How often has the bug been reproduced?
Multiple times. It seems to be random when it grants the disconnect, but it happens enough that too much time has been wasted on games that do not end up counting.

What is the bug?
I went into the Training facility and it automatically gave me the four shooting Drills with Chris Brickley. After completing the drills, I get the badge points, but the game immediately kicks me to the main menu. Everytime I go back to the training facility this repeats.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? It's the end game stats.

Bugs that are constant all for MyCareer:
Got a contract with Nike was suppose to get free shoes but didnt get them, suppose to have store discount but dont get it.
Got a contract with beats am suppose to get store discount but dont get it.
Got a contract with gatorade am suppose to get store discount but dont get it.
Also never received my Legend Edition Shoes.
Not even to mention that my MyPlayer is nameless and no way to change the name so lets hope for a fix.
Ps. Devs fix therim cheese, if a ball goes in it is not suppose to magicly pop out and then pretend its good defense from the ai opponent while no one was around, this just needs to stop.
Also another year without a rookie difficulty for the people that cant handle pro like a lot of handicapped people.
And why are NBA Intro Animations locked behind Park Rep ?Same for MyCourt Customizations? Why are we forced to play park if we normaly never play that ? I just like to enjoy MyCareer but am now forced into playing something i dont like only for an NBA Intro Animation.
Edit: in create a player when you import NBA player dna their college gets messed up and when you change it it still wont save the college you set, same bug as was present in 2k19. Also created players with NBA Imported DNA still get called ABC by Harlen en the commentators, why was this not fixed ?
Als after you done a couple create a player Import NBA Player dna then it becomes impossible to scroll through teams when choosing the NBA Player you want to import dna from, only fix for this is completely restart the game, this is annoying for us roster makers.Last edited by FunGaming44; 09-08-2019, 02:53 PM.Comment

Random switching on defense for no reason. I will be guarding my guy, a big will be guarding his guy, then all the sudden I see the “switch!” communication and the big leaves his guy wide open by the basket and comes to guard my guy.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
I’m not sure what triggers it, it seems to happen randomly, but it gives up at least 6 points each game for me.

Every game

Platform: PS4 and Xbox one. My brother has same problem on Xbox.
Problem:
Offensive Rebounds are not adding up correctly. Look at individual player box scores and then look at team stats at the end of the game and you will see what I mean. Team Stats shows more off rebs than actually happened for both Cpu and user. Happens in MyLeague Mode too.
How to achieve it?
Just play the game and add up the offensive rebounds in the player box scores and you will see that the game is adding more to team stats menu, more than are actually happening.Comment

Bug: Hornets home socks cannot be changed and are generic white socks with no Nike or NBA logo. This bug also appeared in 2K19.
How do the developers not know about this one?????Comment

Year 2 - Won a championship and the cut scene that showed in Year 1 didn't show in year 2.

What is the bug?
Atlanta Hawks picks owed is incorrect. Atlanta owns their 2020 1st. NO doesn't own it. NO only got the Cleveland 2020 pick in the De'Andre Hunter trade when it comes to future picks. Please fix this ASAP. This actually messes up Hawk users who play with the Hawks while unfair loads up New Orleans.

It's obvious, go to the picks tab and you can see there is issues. It's not just this one either, a numbers of picks are listed wrong for other teams as well.

Issue: Atlanta Hawks have a new G-League team called the College Park SkyHawks. Not that big of a deal but Erie BayHawks is connected to the Pelicans. This is not as big of a deal. The draft pick one is the bigger deal. Much bigger deal.
