Regarding draft classes:


It seems like prospects who have Skin 6 & Skin 7 in the appearance tab have the wrong randomly generated hairstyles associated with them.


Should be an easy fix for whoever handles the coding for generated draft classes...

2k has been a joke for awhile, I am really happy I resisted the urge to preorder 2k20 given I only play the franchise mode and occasional Park with friends. Both MyLeague and MyPark look like they have not been touched, and MyGM is completely unplayable.

I guess that is it for me with basketball video games/vidya in general, thanks Take Two for monopolizing and ruining an entire genre in record time

Oh and when the **** are you going to fix player mentorship in 2k19? Did I not pay my money for a complete ****ing game?

2K are unlikely to revert to the previous mode after the resources they have already spent on this years version.

TBH the real issue is saving MyGM and MyLeague for NEXT year. They are both in jeopardy given the lack of focus on this years game.

The solution for Franchise Mode starting next year is a single, unified mode that combines the best features of MyGM (role playing interaction) and MyLeague (total customisation).

We need to push this NOW or MyGM will be lost forever either next year or the year after.

I've been lurking and reading through the threads to get a good idea of how the game is being received and this is upsetting. The only saving grace now for me, would be MyLeague. The problem is , is that I play both modes. I liked MYGM, but this is bad.

They might as well have killed myleague too because the same bugs are present from last year... GLeaguers progressing super fast... 99 tendency glitch... Player mentorship (a feature they advertised heavily last year) still doesn't work... Then you have team chemistry being garbage and morale being all over the place... the trade logicand all around team building logic hasn't advanced much since last gen... I couldn't care less how deep the mode is if most of everything is broken to all hell 🤷🏾*♂️...

Madden's franchise mode is as deep as a puddle but most of everything works as intended... Even the auto generated draft classes are miles better than what 2k has to offer... And they are even adding new stuff as well... They patched in New abilities for OL players... They are adding new scenarios to the mode... They are patching in other stuff as well... 2k gets a pass for a lot of BS and it's time to stop cutting the slack... They are ignoring a large portion of their fanbase to pander to the drones that still drop hella money on the game even with all of the issues they complain about so why should they care about us franchise players?

All this depth in a largely broken mode is useless and more frustrating tbh... You have to do so much calibrating with tendencies and other complex sliders for the first 5 months to even make the mode worth playing so why bother... It's the same cycle of insanity and I'm tired of it

This is really sad to hear. I might have to take a break from sports games for a few year. Thank you for the heads up because I was thinking about buying. Where do I go from here? I guess back to 2k19? This is weird

I would be happy if they at least let us change the quarter time. At least i could compete in the league leaders section. When you only play 6 min quarters but the cpu is simmed at 12 mins you cant compete with them in stats.


I am also pretty disappointed that they removed My Career offline completely from the game. Last year was a grind but at least it was an option and i had fun with that modes as well.


As a offline only player these games just keep getting worse each year. These games were so great before VC ruined it.

They fixed the 99 shot under basket tendency finally in the last patch.


It's worth noting that a Chinese modder created a mod that fixed it... before 2K's patch.


This means that a modder, from China, was able to write code to fix a legacy 2K issue before the devs themselves fixed it.


That should be a bit embarrassing to the 2K devs as they had a 12 month head start...

No next year for me. They completely ignored the offline community for years. I’m done giving 2k the “next year they better” treatment. They should’ve fixed it this year.

As a MyLeague player I don't want the MYGM stuff floating over to MyLeague. I don't like players complaining, or not being able to have CPU vs CPU games.

I completely understand the appeal of the old traditional MyGM and it really does suck that options and customization have been sacrificed for what I consider to be a useless leaderboard but there's a reason I play MyLeague. I don't like all the extra stuff in MYGM.

It's not the first time this has happened. I can name a few times in the history of 2k this has happen.

Wow, I'm not even going to touch the mode now. When it was first announced, I kind of understood that they were trying to innovate and spice things up. I know franchise players have been spoiled, but this is absolutely ridiculous (and you take away the traditional MyGM option too?!). They know how much we love to customize these modes to our likeness and play how we want to, yet it feels like they just completely turned their heads to the offline franchise crowd this year...
