Still not fixed patch1.05 9/30/19
FIXED: Patch 1.04

EDIT: Jumped the gun, it's not fixed.

Man, this menu system Visual Concepts have no clue how to fix. It worked perfectly in 2K16 and ever since it has been a bugged out problem. This year they introduced a new problem you cannot make proper adjustments because the menu has bench players on the court.

I have documented ad nauseum in previous iterations the problems with OTF menu and they added a new one.

EDIT: I know some of the players checked in from the scorers table like Forbes and Carroll but the other 3 players are still in the game.

Custom Drive Camera height and zoom are at # 1 in the paint zoom off.

Patch 1.05 and still not fixed. It's worse. Hell it would at least update with 2 players now it will not update with sub players after you sub someone in, if at all.
