you can Change them There! i think as soon as the game started you can Change the pts of emphasis in the offensive settings Menu.

So your saying you can only change before the game starts. And then they stay like that for the whole game?

I think you can change them during a timeout under the coaching plan.

          - 6'11" mid weight centers vs 7'3" max weight centers have the same exact speed on the court, despite having a huge discrepancy in speed/acceleration attributes.

          - Centers are inbounded the ball at times to bring up the court, as if their PG's.

          - Extremely low shot coverage %'s on heavily contested shots. New shot contest system is one of the weakest ones yet.

          - As mentioned before, all the unnecessary visuals (greens, shot % numbers under players, rebound takeover floor indicator, etc) all needs to go or at least have the ability to turn off. The game looks very arcade.
Yea I intentionally foul all the time just trying to play defense, has to be bug.

I'm finding you can change offensive settings on offense (such as not crashing the offensive glass and trying to do SOMETHING against the craziness of the CPU running like the are the mid 80s Nuggets).

no, it is the other way round. if you Pause the game before tipoff and go to the offensive settings Menu, you are unable to Change the POEs There. after tipoff i was able to Change them both in the offensive settings Menu and the on the Fly Menu.

Re: The "Were They Drunk?" Thread. A Listing of Odd Changes That Have You Asking.

i have two i dont Know why i havent mentioned yet, both regarding matchups:

why did they decide that it is better to have matchup changes only effect after the next timeout? they even changed it with a Patch last year (or in 2k18? cannot remember). In real life when we Play, we can Change Matchups while getting on defense without any problems, or at least when substitutions Happen. and i am playing in nearly the lowest Level in germany. These are nba pros.

why did they take out the possibility of assigning a matchup Change for the whole Position? In past games it was possible to say "sf is always guarding sg". sometimes that makes sense. e.g. one guy in our League plays kawhi at sg while i have only bad/average defenders at sg and Good defenders on sf. right now i habe to assign my sf starter to sf, then Change it as soon as i sub him out and assign leonard to my Backup sf. because of the first point this matchup Change takes effect Minutes later and my sg has to do the Job....
