CPU still calls dumb timeouts for the user. It can be a 3pt game with 3mins left and the CPU will randomly use all your timeouts before the 1 minute mark. I'm talking the game calling a timeout after a turnover from the OTHER team, or after a free-throw etc.

This is precious information that I wasn't aware of... not pushed to custom rosters. Thanks!

I don’t think that’s the case this year though..... they’ve released new shoes already that were able to be used by already started custom rosters

Can't say if this is patch related or not, but I can say I've never seen this before in years of playing Myleague.

I'm playing the Clippers with my expansion team. Expecting to be blasted as I just lost to Philly the night before by 35 and lost Michael Porter Jr. to add insult to injury.

So 4 minutes in I'm up 6 to 2. And the CPU called timeout. I was stunned. Didn't sub either. They called timeout as if they were a real team trying to figure out how Kawhi and George and Harrell and the rest couldn't score on us and had turned it over 3 times.

It was amazing.

Then I lost by 22 as Kawhi dropped 53 on me.

Call me weird but I love those games when a star burns me like that lol!! Especially when it's all within the rim of reality. None of that cartoonish scripted crap! James Harden hit me up for 49 when I played the Rockets and it looked like I was watching him play on a national broadcast. Every move made me say "daaaaang, I see him do that on tv all the time" THE STEP-BACK TRAVELS AND ALL🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I think I've said this before, but when I picked my expansion team I kinda forgot to find quality defenders at the wing position. Guys like Giannis, LeBron, Kawhi, Ben Simmons, etc. are KILLING me.

I did see, last night on the new patch, CPU in MyLeague is still releasing MP jr into free agency after (I think) the first year. I needed to sign one more FA before I started the next season and noticed him in there. Hopefully after custom rosters come out I can find a slider set that might help with that. Frustrating they'd not work with THAT but oh well. I'm just glad Team options seem to work now!

lol, depending on how this year goes...I might do the same if I was the Nuggets management. He's a walking bandaid and so is his whole family. Harsh, I know..but very true. I'm just messing with you, obviously the game doesn't know all of this..but i'd say there's a possibility that life will imitate art in this case.

I've been on a half day and have been buried in 2k20 for the last couple of hours.

I dont know of the speed change had a trickle down effect or if the "other fixes" is what has made the difference but man is the game playing good. I'm having a lot of fun playing.

Pace needs to stay right where it is

Why did you say the f word. Now they will definately change it back to the way it was before.

Hoping that’s the case. I always want to use a custom roster like CelticLG and others for MyLeague, but got tired of having to start over every time a shoe update came out.

I simmed many, many seasons, fiddled with sliders, had CPU aggressiveness in re-signing players at 100, etc. and I never could get the Nuggets to accept his team option. The others I had issues were Sexton and Monk. By turning up CPU re-signing aggressiveness I got the Cavs to always accept Sexton and Charlotte to accept Monk almost all the time.

As an aside, Denver and Charlotte left Porter Jr. and Monk unprotected in the expansion draft in my season and I snapped both of them up

Since this patch, the gameplay IMO is by far the best its ever been any basketball game. Ive just played 1 game, and I played on Default, as after a patch I always like to play 1 game with default slider settings, and then adjst from there.

There is still a lack of fouls, and non steal turnovers, but I did see more on default sliders, than I had before this patch, so Im optimistic this can be fixed with slider adjustments, and possibly some roster editing.
I dont think charges, blocking, or shooting fouls on 3pt attempts, can be fixed unfortunately, as I think its hard coded in, to where these fouls will rarely get called, atleast when playing the CPU, I dont play online, so I dont know what its like playing against another user.



Overall, I am extremely pleased, with the game, and this latest patch. I just hope that the devs dont mess it up, adjusting things, because of those casual fans, that whine to the devs, till the devs give in to them. Because this is as close as they have ever come to making the game simulate the NBA gameplay.
