I figured I would dust off NBA 2K10 and play a game against my brother. I am the Lakers in the video below, these are the game highlights.

NBA 2K11 was obviously the game that lifted the franchise to a whole new level of dominance, and is the game that many call the greatest NBA video game ever made. 2K11 also marks the first game where Mike Wang was back with 2K, as he didn't play a part with NBA 2K10 (He worked on NBA Live 10)
However, before Mike Wang entered the scene, I believe that the team that worked on 2K10 did a lot of things right. The graphics/atmosphere really stand out, and some of the driving/dunk/dribble animations look pretty awesome.
The game has issues with gravity (being sucked in as a defender and sucked into the defense as the offensive player), but overall it plays a solid game of basketball.
Obviously with Kobe being the cover athlete (The last time he was other than the Legends cover for 2K17) gives the game a more special meaning now. I have it for the PC, and looking at the box art with Kobe on it obviously hits me a little different now.
What are your memories of NBA 2K10? And how do you feel it holds up to other NBA titles on last gen and this gen?
