99% sure they been hearing about it. It just doesn't happen that fast. I mean look people been complaining about green light showing up. And what have we heard from them.... ZERO.... Even this update was problem full My team stuff. Nothing game wise.

The sad thing about this patch is that have seen some really good contact shot animations. I have been happy with my sliders and this patch seems to have brought out the best of them. But man, that free throw draft music is killing the game for me right now. Hope they can get out a hotfix for this.

I've never asked before now, but is this a bug? Every time I start the game up fresh (as in the game was closed down or a restart), the game starts up and immediately gives me a 'downloading game updates' box and a meter theat fills up to 100. It happens every single time and it always takes 10mins.

I can't believe this is normal? 10mins to start the game and then play everytime? i feel like this is some sort of bug I'm experiencing.

I've experienced this the entire time I've had the game, never thought to ask about it until now. Haven't tried a reinstall yet either...

Oh man that does sound like a bug. I definitely don't see that. Maybe you should do reinstall

This is normal. How often do you play the game? These usually aren’t patch related and are often just in game updates from 2K that range from updated rosters to VC updates/new offers they’re trying to push. If you only play even say once per week, it’s likely you’ll see these every time you fire up the game.

well, I tend to do a lot of switch, it's true... like I'll play NBA2k20 for a session, then go watch Netflix, then kinda go back to NBA2k20 the next day or day after, and in between I've turned my console off (quick start, not fully off), and or switched between Netflix, Disney+ or playing a little more RDR2.

It’s not a bug. They put out in game updates pretty much daily, for roster, gameplay tuning and MyTeam stuff

Did they fix the successful challenge jump ball issue?

Now in MyLeague there are cut scene issues when I'm taking the ball out.
It shows the coaches, crowd, and bench players for about 4 seconds.

Majority of the time I don't see the ball being in bounded and a few times the ball is stolen because I can't see the players on the court.

Patch 11 and still we are unable to See which Jersey we selected in myleague online.... Good that i made a list on a Sticky Note to Know, how many clicks i need to reach certain Jerseys...

Not trying to be a butt, but instead of asking for/assuming other people are going to let 2k now, submit a ticket.

Back in September there were a bunch of us having issues with uploading images, I'm not sure how many submitted a ticket, so I did. And, of course, they came back with with the usual stuff. Instead of laughing it off and then posting about that happened on these forums, I kept following until they understood exactly what was happening.

This went on for OVER A MONTH. I recorded my screen showing what was happening, we did some thing call "PathPing", then something involving DXDiag & MSInfo files. I got an email on October 22nd that said this was being passed on to the developers and they didn't have a timeline or visibility on their progress in customer support.

2 days later, the problem was fixed.

Most Customer Support people aren't trained programmers/video game techs, so the initial responses you're going to get are straight from a script. But if you keep at it, you can get things done.

I've had this issue for a few months now as well. It's like once a game for me so I find it hard to believe that they haven't seen it.

I've had this issue for a few months now as well. It's like once a game for me so I find it hard to believe that they haven't seen it.

I usually turn Camera Cuts to Never, it takes some of the air out of the broadcast, but it helps.

Personally, I'm having a hard time since the patch. Computer is making everything it throws up and the ONLY thing I seem to hit is contested jumpers.

Every time I try to drive to the basket I get blocked or miss layups, sometimes wide open layups. Very few fouls are being called.

Can't defend in the interior at all. Computer makes everything within 6 feet regardless of how much defense is played and shoots a good 50% from 3.
