Are you guys skipping PS4 version? or just skipping 2K21 in general?
I've never seen OS forum this dead with release date just around the corner, there usually a bunch of "early copy" posts

I'm skipping the ps4 version for sure.
I was doubtful from the beginning, but the ridicolous decision to limit the quick games in the demo to 5 made me decide they don't deserve my money on the current gen.

As for PS5, wanna see the "huge" improvements" they talk about before deciding.
Skipping 2k21 at all is an option.

My wife is convinced my ps4 will die very soon to force me to buy a ps5. Lol. Guess she's a conspiracy theorist.

Mine is incredibly loud and getting laggy.

I'm going PC version and PS5 version. Since my brothers are skipping this gen no point in getting it. PC version for mods as I need my MSG....

A lot of the people holding out for the next-gen version are going to be very disappointed when those consoles are sold out for months lol.

And when I say “next-gen” I really mean PS5. You Series X guys are going to be able to walk in day one and purchase one of those lol.

I preordered the Mamba Forever PS5 edition already but now that I won’t get my copy of PS4 2K till November most likely, I’m starting to think that was a mistake lol. The PS5 version will be the main version I play but I do want the young Kobe cover as well to collect and I’m itching to play to get used to some of the newer things. I think even tho next gen will be “
a “different game”, things like shot aiming and certain animations will carry over so I should probably learn em now. Still deciding but I’m just ready to see the damn next gen gameplay.

Plus as some mentioned the potential PS5 shortage, I may have to settle for the PS4 version.

That can't be right. I thought you get the current gen version no matter what.
