Okay, some one for the love of basketball please tell me I’m not the only one having this problem. I have NBA 2k21 for PS5. All I play is MyNBA, but in this mode, I can’t do any plays or make any substitutions during the games. There’s not even a place to select substitutions. It’s almost like I need to turn something off or it’s supposed to be that way. But that can’t be true right? Is there a way to bring back substitutions and manual play calling? Or is this part of the broken game that 2k is? Please reply soon.

Weirdly enough, you have to turn off “trust” before you start the MyNBA. If you have trust on, it doesn’t let you do any of the coaching stuff until your coach is over 90 on trust or something like that. I would just turn it off

What is the bug? no badge progression and no rep progression in mycareer also games i have player did not auto save and forcing me to replay thoes games without any progression. mycareer badge not displaying current progress properly still show incorrect until i go into the bagdge menu

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? not sure how it happen its currently happening now

What is the bug? Minutes for starters are filled in at 48. Only able to manually adjust minutes if I hit rebuild rotations all the starters go back to 48 minutes.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? My League

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? I started a my league and did an expansion with two teams. Used the start in the off-season and ran through the 2020 draft and free agency

How often has the bug been reproduced? I was able to do it twice.

Do you have video or a picture? No

I tested this with a new league picking an existing team and don't seem to have this issue. Only seems to be an issue with an expansion league where you start in the off-season and go through the 2020 draft.

When loading sliders in MyNba the rotation timeline settings get screwed up. When loading tuning sliders your rotation will stay the same but the coach will substitute by a more default method.



In order to fix i have had success by opening the rotation timeline, loading the one i want, changing 1 minute by 2 players, exiting keeping changes, going back in and adjusting it manually back to what i wanted, and keeping again.



after that the coach follows your rotation timeline. if i don't do that, the timeline will look correct in menu but it wont be followed

What is the bug? Played through the first 73 games. When simulating through the date of the last game I played there is a G-League game that is stuck and will not simulate making it completely impossible to advance my save.

1. Chris Brickley workout playmaking drills. It either doesnt let you move at all and your standing at the top of the key until the timer runs out. Or it lets you move and the dribble moves at the bottom go off of LAST YEARS CONTROLS not this year. Trash. Lazy. Scum.

2. In MyCareer after being awarded the ability to edit rotations, I was automatically sent to the 6th man and 20 minutes. But you're actually not allowed to set yourself for anything lower than 24 minutes. Yet it says 20. I put myself back into the starting lineup and make my mins 24+ and when I backout of the screen it reverts back to me as the 6th man and 20 minutes.

Honestly, what is the point of this thread? No one with actual decision making abilities is reading it. So literally were just sitting here typing to each other about what bugs were seeing...

BUG: online franchise will not save sliders. Playing with friend and we set our sliders and save, then when we go back the sliders have reset to the original "Superstar" level.

Tried to DL sliders from online, same issue?

Hi. I buy NBA2k21 on steam and all works good, but I have one problem. In my team menu I have a blurry font in inactive tile header text. The second problem is blurred font overall on player card in lineups settings. Overalls in cards is unreadable. Anybody have this problem? How to fix it? I wanted to add screens but I am new user and I can't do it.

Working on a custom roster and when assigning the generic sock to a jersey the sock is always a crew sock no matter what sock you choose. Quarter/Scrunch/Tall are all the same white crew socks. Socks also don't rely on jersey colors its always white. Assigning a nike sock seems to work fine its the generics that are broken. Prevents me from adding team color socks to my jerseys.

How do I get my offensive freelance to work without calling timeout on next gen? I've read that you need to leave ACE on to get it to work? But it doesn't seem to work still with ACE on or off. I still have to call timeout just to call my freelance. Can anyone help? I hate having to lose a timeout that early in the game.

Glitch or Not Shot feedback

So I have always been under the impression since last year, if shot feedback is "off", there is a slight bonus on certain shots depending on the situation. This was specific to a release being penalized for early or late. But green lights for excellent releases was displayed.

Within my first hr of 2k21, I decided shot aiming off, layups and free throws too.

With that laid out, when I'm in freestyle just shooting with each player on the roster, I will sometimes kick shot feedback ON. This is when I'm struggling with a certain player and I am trying to break a habit.

So when shot feedback is on, within the first ten shots, I'll start hitting green release with more consistency.

And while with '21, the green release is an afterthought for me, I can't help but wonder if 2k doesn't show you green with shot feedback off.

For example, with Trae Young and Huerter, I am so accustomed to their releases that hitting green with shot feedback is something I could do with my eyes closed.

I just come to the conclusion with shot feedback off, this includes the green light for excellent release.

In myleague gameplay, it's the same.

Does anyone have any insight as to whether this was a devs decision?

I'm fine with it, I know green release was useful with the shot stick in '20.

My curiosity is if I'm even gaining an advantage with shot feedback off? Or is it only if the shot meter is off?

I play every league game 12 min qtrs, never sim a game I'm playing or any future games on the calendar. I was in yr 2 on 2k20. That helps explain my experience with the game and features.

I can't put this years game down! It reminds me of the type of basketball game I'd wish for when I was playing NBA live '95 and putting up ridiculous stats.
