Does it really even matter when you get to see it? New systems arent even available. Makes litteraly no difference to get a first look now or in a month. I understand you might be curious like a lot of people but is it really that much of an issue?

After getting pre-orders for both next gen consoles....I'm hungry for 2k news....can't wait for that first trailer to drop. If the Zion teaser is any indication, I'm expecting to be floored, maybe even more than 2k14.

Yeah I was lucky. I went from Amazon, gamestop, Walmart, & the MS store. Bestbuy took alot of time to get one....I had to spam 'add to cart' like a thousand times...but it eventually went through

My ps5 pre order was easier, first time I tried it went through(Walmart)

I preordered the XBX this morning but I might wait to buy 2k since its looking like the season won't start until January, rosters won't be fully updated until then.

It's funny that when I read articles about the next-gen consoles, they all seem to think that the next-gen games are coming next year due to so many games being cross-generational.

I really hope that NBA 2K21 proves them wrong. Take Two seems to be the ONLY company stating that their launch title will be "true" next gen.

Walmart had the smoothest process through site. I got the Series S through it this morning only 1 hiccup when it said sold out 3 minutes in but I just hit continue again and it went through.



PS5 I had a hard time because by the time I knew Walmart was sold out. Target always sticks and gives errors, I never use gamestop, Best Buy just glitched, I got 1 from Amazon due to link and then the Best Buy one went through after tons of spamming.

It's Lining up with 2K14's Next Gen timeline. First Zion teaser dropped June 11th 2020. NBA 2K14 - Next Gen Reveal dropped June 10th 2013. 2K14 had a TV spot that dropped on Sep 30th, so we could possibly see something around that time ( not sure). NBA 2K14 Next-Gen: OMG Trailer dropped on Oct 17th 2013. So it's definitely right around the corner if what Ronnie said about following the 2K14 timeline.

It won't disappoint 2K has a track record of great graphics with whatever is deemed newly "next gen" at the time. What sold me on this was NBA 2K14. That game came out a mind blowing amount better graphically than it should have. The PS4 and Xbox One was quite a small jump in hardware comparative to what we had seen in the past. NBA 2K14 stood out among all.

With the specs the PS5 and Series x boast. I honestly think we are going to be blown away by the look of this game.

I miss out (twice) with next gen consoles... Im kind of sidelined jealous of you guys. I rather start my roster with current gen cause I might not get it until spring and wait on 2k22 ( which makes me feel real old typing that).

But yeah I’m really anxious about the reveal cause to me honestly the Zion teaser didn’t do it for me. And current gen looks great when ever the art is updated and when players get the right accessories. Soo Hopefully next gen 2k don’t blow my mind cause I’m really going need therapy [emoji52]

Exactly this . Ronnie pretty my confirmed to expect a full trailer around a month before the release. I expect 1 more teaser maybe in the 2 weeks or so .

I'm not necessarily a guy that absolutely has to have the new system at launch, but..

Seeing 2K7 nudged me into buying a 360
Seeing 2K14 nudged me into buying a XBO

They just screamed "next gen" at you more than any other game at the time.

Expecting the same with 2K21. The track record speaks for itself.
