99% of the time this no progression "glitch" happens is when people try to do the badge glitches............

To be honest with you I have no idea how to do the "badge glitch" or what it is. I didn't even know there was such a thing honestly. What is the badge glitch? Maybe I did it inadvertently?

Play on the 1v1 court

In that scenario you still have to play the games. And winning kicks you off the court and makes you wait again as if you had lost.

Whether or not someone managed to win every game and progress quickly isn't the point to me. This is a waste of time. I get what they were trying to do, but this ain't it.

Still no sound on saved replays (PS5) !!!!

I hate that. It’s the only game that does this.....the only one.

Other sports games with music still play sound on replays except this game.

Hate it.......

Finally, the question I have been waiting to get answered...

For anyone who has played 2K21 on both last gen and next gen, if I save my roster will it carry over to the new gen?

I'm assuming not but still need to hear the correct answer 100%.

To the person I quoted presentation is not the same and when they mentioned built from the ground up they meant gameplay

Are you blind? same hafltime show, same in between quarters interviews with a specific player, same commentary, same player introduction. Best game out of the box? yeah i heard that in 2k21 last gen.

Looking for a definitive answer from those who've played - can we revert back to the 2k20 control scheme?

I want to know if we can use the sticks like last year - being able to hold ANY direction on the stick and shoot a J instead of this years scheme, where shooting is mapped to one direction only - down on the stick.

It's not that big of a deal..... they "kick you off" the court to make it faster for everyone. 2 new players coming onto the court > 1 new player coming onto the court. I would just go back to nba career then load back into city and into a new rookieville. It literally takes 10 seconds to do it and load in.

Custom game plans don’t stick even with ace turned off. Cant run custom series or anything.

It's a big deal to me. In a game that has enough grinding already, adding another with no real purpose other than slowing down the progress of getting to the City is ridiculous. I ended up getting out after playing another game, but I shouldn't have had to do it at all.

And what about the people who strictly play career and want to put some accessories on their character? Now they have to grind through Rookieville too? Not feeling it, but we can agree to disagree.

No, you can't.

Ouch.

I'd say that's possibly game over then for me. Not only couldn't I shoot a lick using the aim system, but I absolutely blew at just using down as the only J option outside of the button.

That's super disappointing. I would've though next gen would've offered a variety of control schemes. Or at least an option to revert to the previous set up.

Ah well. It is what it is. Thanks for the response, 24.
