Use/create a costum roster with potentials, peak start/end and intangibles edits, or every time after 3-4 years you’ll have 120 or more 80+ OVR. 2K just give 80-85 potential to literally everyone

Any recommendations for realistic rosters that do this? XBOX NEXT gen?

Man. I love my flexibility with matchups. Murray can guard any really good guards (Like Donovan Mitchell, Chris Paul, Westbrook, among many others). Jonathan Isaac can guard great wing players (like Lebron, Booker, Butler, Harden, etc.). Capela can guard the great big men (like AD, Jokic, KAT, Embiid, etc.).

We have the ability to switch everything if we want. It gives me an incredible amount of creativity. I enjoy it a lot.

Speaking of, I have finished my 21-22 season. We ended the year with a 51-31 record, which put us at 2nd in the West. We faced the Nuggets in the first round. Their roster isn’t as good as it has been. We took care of them in 6 games. In the second round we faced the Jazz. Donovan Mitchell is an animal. We went back and forth all series until we made it to Game 7. In that game we were too much for the Jazz. We took care of business and made it to the WCF.

I was expecting to face the Lakers, considering how incredible their roster is but they lost in the second round to the Suns, which got me really excited. Unfortunately, don’t judge a book by its cover. They were better than us. We took it to six games, but they were too much for us.

The Suns advanced to the Finals and then ended up winning it all over the Heat.

Next up is the 2022 offseason.

Has anyone seen injuries in played games this year?

I hadn't seen an injury in probably 2 dozen or so MyNba games. I played a default all star Play Now game today after the patch to see what's changed and Nerlen Noel (I know hes injury prone) got a nose injury early on the second after Zubac pushed off him for a rebound.

As someone who still is on last gen, what options does the game have for playoff format? Did they add in the play-in tournament or other options that were discussed prior to the bubble?

On current gen, I'm trying to simulate a nba season. 58 matches, a special roster edited from me, with adjusted rotations, real injuries and roster. I added best euroleague&undrafted players. I play two game for week in the calendar, where I see the small tv icon. I simulated some trades( I dont remember all details) as
Harden & Eric Gordon for Simmons & Danny Green
Dinwiddie, Prince(?) for Josh Richardson, Trey Burke
Derrick Rose to Warriors for Wanamaker and first pick.
Griffin, Michayluk, Musa, Okafor for Davis Bertans, troy Brown jr, Ish Smith e Robin Lopez.
Pj Tucker to Timberwolves but i dont remember the trade.

As important free agents signings, Pau Gasol to Lakers, Shane Larkin to TrailBlazers, Shengeila to Rockets, Deck to Spurs, Campazzo to Denver, Ilvaysova to Timberwolves, J.Lin two way contract to Warriors.

As standings, after 1 month and more from starting, In western

I use JBs draft classes, but I'm thinking of using the player DNA to import stars and lesser known players from the past to the present. Like using Grant Hill's DNA for Grant Hill Jr. or just plain insert Jay Williams into the class and see how they progress in today's NBA.

No I’m with the Cavs, and I didn’t realize until I got to HoF inductees and it showed Davis. He had a serious knee injury in-season and has decided to retire. I like that it’s unpredictable in that sense because sports is like that.

I would love that! I remember in MLB 07 after first season I played David Wright retired from serious injury. He was my fav player but I still let it be.

Hi. How can I make substitutions on games in Next Gen My NBA mode?? I play the game, manual subs in options and I cant do it in menu, timeouts or during the game with the controller. Any help? Thanks
