I think we can all agree here, is that we just need an answer from 2K, but they’ve been quiet... Either to say look it’s too hard to program the schedule in for this year’s game or hey guys it’s being worked on right now and should be available in say a week for example?

This has been my major gripe the past couple of years with them (I was unfortunate enough to pre-order WWE 2k20). Problems happen, but the complete lack of communication (or often, even acknowledgement) is entirely inexcusable. There should be MORE communication when there are problems, not less. It takes a problem trending on Twitter to get them to even make any kind of statement, and even then, it's rarely substantive. It's April, and 2K has still yet to acknowledge the fact that Start Today isn't working. I mean they added that error code that supposedly doesn't exist, but never mentioned it on their Twitter, website, or blog (where support always directs people to look for updates). Their support department apparently doesn't even have any contact with anyone associated with the developers. It's... embarrassing, really.
