I've been saying now that it's revamped, I'd love to see it make a comeback...

Well see how much they've nerfed it though. I'm hoping Mike changes his mind.

I had little issue getting the badge to higher tiers.

Even now when i play against brain dead users who only know to drive i can get the calls lol.

I'm pretty sure the reason the Charge badge was removed is that NBA players stopped drawing charges (2K would use this data to give out the badge).

When I did some Charge tendency work a few years ago I uncovered that very few players were actually drawing them w/ any sort of consistency. Refs eventually grew wise to the flopping. Kyle Lowry is basically the last good player that has this down.

If 2K further nerfed Charges, it doesn't bother me, it's just one step closer to replicating the modern free-flowing game.

This is a little short-sighted though given that there are dozens of historic players who it would make sense for them to have that charge badge (Divac, Rodman, etc).

Patch 6? Worse patch ever lol.

I wouldn't get my hopes up. 2k hasn't patched the Zen issue on Current Gen which has been an issue since the first month of the game. I wouldn't get my hopes up that next gen is gonna get a game changing patch.

I just finally did a sim through a MyLeague and found out you can't even sign/talk to certain coaches. They seem to disappear example all the Spurs coaches have 1 year left. When I looked at them none of the coaches were in the pool. Pop didn't retire and then I saw some generic coach have Pop's picture so it is some weird glitch. I guess I will have to add years to most staff so this does not happen.

Also considering how much vision and control we have, we're better equipped to put ourselves in correct position to draw charges, so that should be rewarded.

I haven’t played the game since January. Have they fixed defense? Does ICE and pre-rotate work?
