There really is no pleasing some people. Da Czar said his team is aware of it and will patch it in. Good for the 2k team.

There are many elements to this game that you can never really anticipate how users will use or exploit in gameplay as a developer. Sometimes you just need additional data before you can implement or finalize a new gameplay feature. My hunch is that they're still fine tuning based on how people are adapting to other new gameplay elements.

So you think that they couldn't predict that people would use double teams?

"Pro-cap toward devs" has been this site's game plan since at least 2010. I'd say 2k should pay Steve and his mod team here since y'all work as hard as a PR would, but honestly why would they when y'all stan a broken product every single year for free? Since "animals" is valid name calling here, 2k has you animals thoroughly tamed. The users who make rosters and sliders are the only reason to come to this site, unless you enjoy

1) fighting on hills to defend broken products that you paid $60-70 for and/or

2) calling everyone who criticizes the shotty job that gets done every single year "animals", "children" and enjoy circle-jerking the other people you call "adults in the room" who all just so happen to be on the same hills fighting alongside you in defense of a broken product.

The defenses y'all give are only rational to the other sheep (animals ) who stan 2k and EA every year.

"listen child, the double teams are turned off because the devs are still testing gameplay in the game that's been released in 4-5+ countries. And honestly how dare you expect a finished product when the game hasn't released in the US, specifically."

Despite some serious bugs like Broadcast Cam, the gameplay has really pleased me!

Individual defense works well and when you beat the opponent, help D works really well! Changes in picks work a lot too. Its >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> better than 2K21.

To my knowledge a bug, or a feature not working, in a video game doesn't endanger the welfare of the person using it or others, so not sure this is the best of comparisons to make.

But to answer your question, and bluntly mind you, if you buy a car without working breaks, well then you're an idiot.

Have you tested any of the defensive settings to see if they work since you've had the game? What have you found in your testing?

It is basketball....no doubles in the post is just insane. It is a fundamental part of the game.

Currently, you simply can't use a team like Philly. Embiid can score at will, single coverage only...catch, post up, score...non stop. He can have 50 on 30 shots and no doubles come.

Again, without being disrespectful here, but this has to be turned on. It is ridiculous we are even having this conversation...it is basketball...!
