I hear ya. Try turning off “key zoom.” It’ll feel closer to “broadcast generic” on 21. Broadcast generic on 21 was perfect.

I bought the game. Will prob take a week or so to dial in my rosters. So if it isn’t patched by then, I’ll get pissed and concerned. I can’t start playing until they add it it. It’s the only mode and camera I use. No alternatives.

I don’t love the “upcoming patch” verbiage. Don’t know what that means. The “addressed tomorrow” verbiage he used for the announcers is what I’d hope to hear.

I really hate this 2K style of communication. I work with photography, if I owe a client a job and he asks me for a date, I need to think about it.

The way 2K speaks, we don't know if the fix will come IN THE NEXT PATCH, one in a FUTURE PATCH, in 1 or 8 months....do you understand?

Other than make up a date he can't promise to deliver on, what are you expecting?

There are issues that haven't been spoken on at all,. My game crashes everytime I go to MyCareer. You're being told your issue is being worked on.

So, but even then, they should give a more solid answer, for example:

"We're already working on it, I did it will be present IN THE NEXT PATCH, I just don't have the exact date for it, but we'll know in the next few days..."

Something like. When you sell a product and it is defective, you MUST notify the customer when it will be fixed.

It should never be: "We'll fix it in the near future", this could be in 1 day or 9 months....lol

Probably for the best that they not give a concrete date for the next patch. They have a lot they need to take care of. I hope they take the time to get these things right. Basketball season hasn't begun yet...so hopefully the patch will drop somewhere between now and Opening night.

Yea I noticed the same thing! The broadcast view is available in every other mode but myNBA and for that reason I'm super optimistic that it IS a bug and hopefully they'll patch it sooner than later ...I ONLY play on Broadcast angle and have been since since I started playing 2k years ago . I like the simulation feel I get from the angle ..Really makes me feel like I'm watching a real game! However I know most people play 2k view...i will say this...if it's permanent, I don't see myself playing the game anymore !

I get my man...I totally get it. I'm a Broadcast Cam guy myself. I'm just preparing myself for a lengthy delay while hoping for the best. There's nothing that we can do about it other than not play the game.

We pay dearly for these games so that they use us as beta testers... I didn't want need to talk to Corey or 2k, I just wanted to play the game I bought with no bugs that distroys the experience.

I have strictly played broadcast only. Not that this is any way near as good but I have been messing around with the rail cam. Made the camera not as zoomed and raised the height a bit. It’s playable, def helps to be able to see passing lanes better than default rail cam. Still holding out hope that the no broadcast is just a bug if some sort. You would think with all the new “power” of the ps5 and Xbox series x/s they would be offering a lot of new cameras.

But what if he says "it will be fixed in the next patch" and then they release a hot fix/patch for something that is causing a crash, and the patch that includes the broadcast camera is bumped down.

Everyone who read or was told by others that it would be the next patch would be up in arms claiming that Corey/2K lied about when the fix was coming.

You get no argument from me. The options we have are to either sit tight and wait until they drop the patch(whenever that is), get a refund of our money and be done with it, or play the game as is until they fix these things. Those are our only options.

I'm pretty much going to just practice, do lab work because my skills are super rusty. I'm mostly a CPU v. CPU spectator type player. But, I really want to start playing again. So, I'll just practice and play Play now games to get my skills up until they patch these things and then I'll start a MyNBA. That's just me. I fully understand if others take a different route.
