Guys question. How do you tell what sneakers they wear for home and away? On kixstats the sneakers that shown for the players is what they wore last or how is it organized

If I'm not mistaken Kixstats doesn't tell what sneaker they wear for home and away. . . for that you'd be better off using Getty Images, sort by newest followed by "player name shoe" in search window. . .

What I usually do is go to kixstats click on a specific team i'm looking for or just go to the top click on games and see who wore what sneaker for that specific game. If you wanna go further after that go to gettyimages type the team you looking for click events than go to sort by and click on newest. There you can see pics from whatever game and look at the colorway of those specific shoes you might want to create. This can be hella tedious, but hey it is what it is.

I’ve posted 2 shoes in the last week, just like what the other dude said what I’m gonna do remake the same colorways over and over again, I won’t say nothing else in this thread bro, the other guys have spoken for me, ppl are fed up

I'm guessing there is no way/no kind of workaround for me to select the shoes that are in the game but don't show up on the lists when editing? For example, I can't select the default model or even change the colourway for the D Rose 11 for Derrick when editing him despite it being in the game and having created the Prism Mint cw myself?

Have you tried importing his DNA? That works for shoes and headbands sometimes…

I appreciate you guys taking the time and answer. One more thing. When you select a player it has a list of sneakers, what I do is I just choose the sneaker from top to bottom and give them the first two for home and away. But what is the picture next to the sneaker is that like for player editions sneakers or something. This is for kixstats website.

I think he meant the shoe itself. There are some, like the Kobe 5 and 10 PE’s that are separate, more accurate scans but impossible to edit. We can edit the older, less accurate, regular scans though. The shoes themselves are able to be equipped just not available to edit.

I meant there are some shoes you just straight up can't equip. If you go to edit Derrick Rose, he's wearing the D Rose 11 with the default team based colours but you can't then choose to equip the D Rose 11 in order to change the shoe colour, it's just not there on the list. Editing it is fine, they just can't be equipped.

This was an issue with last year's game with the D Rose 11 but they eventually fixed it. I'm not sure why it's doing the same thing again this year. The opposite is happening with Melo Ball's shoe. You can equip them to players but it's not available to edit.

I do think I’ll make the switch, once the next gen officially comes to PC. I played the hell out of the ps5 version but PC mods seem to be the best bet for roster, sim tweaking, and sneaker variety.

FACTS. . . I'm hoping next gen drops for PC too, way too many GOOD mods released almost daily especially face scans, courts, jerseys, reshades, sneakers and ALL the tools to install them as well as unlocking hidden 2K menus. . . I have 2K22 for both PC and console, my current PC build has a decent/sub-decent GPU but the controller lag is kinda annoying so I'm in the process of building a better Ryzen 7 set-up I'll more than likely slap a rtx 2060 super in once I gather ALL my parts. . .

I'm not doin' this solely for 2K, there are several other games that have very good modding support. . .

Same for me, I have the game on PS5 but I have installed NBA 2K22 on my PC and I find it really a great game especially on the gameplay side that I have absolutely not modded, then the art mods make the game always updated to reality and then finally we have the menus at 60 fps.

My build is i7 9th gen, 16gb ram and a RTX 2060, nothing excessive.
