Only if shoe brands get 2K the shoe models they ask for, that's IF 2K ask. . . 2K has their own hardware and software to generate 3d models, they have for years. Unlike what's constantly regurgitated over and over in this thread about how 2K sits around waiting for shoe scans is NOT true, that's like saying Flight Simulator is waiting for Boeing to send them a 737 or some other vintage aircraft while waiting at the airport. . .

NO, video game assets for the most part can be copied(traced from paper) in 3D modeling software like Zmod, Blender, Shoe master, Adobe Illustrator, Fusion, Autodesk etc... or made from scratch then scaled. . . anybody who has ever pulled 3D models from PC games to modify them knows this. . . ask anybody who's a seasoned modeller "how to create a 3d model from scratch", they will tell you the same. I know because I use mod, lego build from other unlocked 3D models an release for free, I use to even take 3D models from GTA V and convert them to American Truck Simulator with Zmod like countless others. . .

I say that to say this. . . DON'T listen to the noise about 2K waiting for scans, it's BS, it's us the gamers stuck waiting for more than just scans hell, gamers are still waiting for bug fixes and BUSTED game modes 2K said were addresses but wasn't. Some people on this forum act as if everything 2K responds with is gold when it's not, sometimes it's just so you can get lost [emoji848]

Once again, so 2k made the conscience choice to get you every puma model this season but no nikes. They went through the hassle of getting a pair of Gordon Hayward shoes that they don't even sell in the US but not the Lebron's that are more popular, would make them more money, and are are available at your local foot locker.. makes a lot of sense. and once again 2k has SAID to multiple ppl that they DO NOT scan in shoes. THE computer aided designs are sent in by the shoe companies
