I just noticed recently while playing that they have the "under the basket and in" no field goal type of sequence. It was funny as hell when I had it happen to me, and it was the CPU who threw it up and under and in.

More of a gameplay mechanic, but the inconsistency of the role players and non superstar players in a series is something i really enjoy. Borderline stars like Jrue Holiday or Kris Middleton can light you up one game the the next game disappear, this really helps with immersion and making every game dynamic and tell a different story.

Had my first in game injury by losing Trae Young a minute into the game. I had the ball stripped by Steph and an animation played where Trae tried to snatch it back but got his arm caught in the process. He took a knee for the rest of the possession and our team called a time out after the missed shot and he was taken off.

NBA 2K22 - The Little Things

I really appreciate the improvements to the halftime show

They have discussed power rankings, player of the month, trades, standings, shown shot charts, shaq even spits a freestyle lol

They also show upcoming games, games in progress(no footage) even though it’s kind of glitched(scores are zero-zero)

It’s almost something different every time

Only thing missing is the highlights from other games, top ten plays, etc.

Maybe next year we can have Kenny breaking down plays at the screen lol

Keep working 2k, I see you.

Being able to watch game highlights in general in MyNBA would be awesome.

Sorry for the laggy audio, that's been an issue for me this year whenever I record something.
Not sure if it’s new or not, but the CPU guy started jawing at my guy he fouled during a heated moment. Was awesome. I was even yelling for a tech to be called lol (would be nice if that could happen in the game). Also teammates helping each other up. Can’t believe it’s taken this long to get that.

This is something I've always wanted them to have as a toggle option. We should have some setting where we can choose to enable or disable technical fouls for stuff like taunting/arguing. They could introduce an attribute that's like "composure". The lower it is, the more prone that player is to being charged a tech.

I get why technicals are virtually non-existent, because no one wants to get screwed over a randomly chosen animation, but it would be nice as an option for us guys who love the immersion. Probably more complicated to implement than I think though.

There's also controversy about portraying it in games, the idea being that it's bad for the image of the league.

Dont know if this is the right topic but:

                    - 2003\2004 Kobe got a full body picture with n.24 Kobe, but he used n.8 in 2004

                    - 1985\1986 MJ got a full body picture with his 1991 Bald version , while he still had hair in 1986 as you all know.

I remember this from back in the day. It would be nice if we could have it in today's game.

In MyNBA, there’s a special Christmas Day intro for some of the Christmas Day games. I got the intro for Warriors/Suns and Nets/Lakers. It was a more “joyful” version of Silent Night lol.

Very small detail. In the picture below, most of the crowd is blurry. Look at the right hand corner of the coach’s glasses. You can see the focus is clear. May need to see it in game to get the full effect.

                              - Stacey King is right handed on the 1991 Bulls, while in real life he is left handed (credit to jdaos)

                              - Turkoglu is wearing n.15 on the 2002 Kings, but in RL he had n.5

                              - Brad Sellers is wearing n.6 on the 1989 Bulls, but in RL he had n. 2

Sellers wore No. 6 during the 1988-89 season looks like he then changed it to No. 2, if you scroll down a bit here:
