Yeah I am so stoked for this mode, The dudes I usually play with never landed a series x and it sucks being a random walking around the park trying to get a game and then get people to pass you the ball. This is the best thing since walk on pro-am in 2k18. That mode was awesome, wish they would bring it back.

Bro the walk on was horrible. Wait 30 mins for a game if the gym was lit. Imagine doing that this year then lagging out.

But yes they do need a no squads rec. I honestly thought theyd have it this year

Best decision for online 2k made in years. Played the first week exclusively in Old Gym, in 100 matches I maybe only had 1 or 2 true ballhogs/*******es. Everyone else was just ballin, good or bad, it didnt matter, and I dont care to be honest, just wanna have fun.

I'm definitely going to have to give this mode a try. I'm the same way, I just want to play team-focused ball and have fun. Winning the game is a bonus. I used to go to the local gym and run games for hours with strangers in the evenings; but marriage, a kid, and a ruptured disk in my spine later, I simply don't have the time and don't have the physical health to be able to do that anymore. 2K is my way of being able to keep that part of me going, but I've had so many bad experiences with randoms online. I'd love to find a community that's a little more chill and just wants to have fun.
