You can set up different commands for your team to carry out certain functions.

Probably 1-5% of all 2K players use the feature. I have not heard or seen anyone use it outside of 2 people on OS.

I haven't tried it myself, I kind of gave up and went to tinkering with pc version once the training schedule issue became apparent on my end

I briefly looked at this, but not sure how to use it really. It would be great to pull out a player with 2 fouls in the first quarter automatically and override my manual subbing, but I'm not sure if that's possible.

This feature though is a GREAT idea for X's & O's-heads

Cool feature. Which it was on PC as well. Cant stand it when you set up the CPUs rotation but if the CPU player gets 4 fouls in the 1st quarter, they will still keep him in.

ah, thats why i never have seen this before. this is only included in next gen, Not in old gen (PC). Sounds cool in theory.

One thing I think that this could be useful for is the CPU's infatuation w having two non shooting centers in the game at the same time. But I can't write up that command on account of me being dull

I've written some commands but I haven't actually tested them out. It's really useful for setting up a painted rotation and including variables. Some of the ones of written that are inherit are:


"If Eliminated from playoff contention put Player X (a rookie or young guy) in the rotation"


"If Player X gets 5 fouls put Player Y in the rotation"


I don't have the game in front of me, but I remember writing up those arguments. I haven't tested to see if they work. Mainly because I kind of just assumed they did, seeing as it is a feature in a $70 game on a $500+ next gen state of the art piece of hardware...

On Next gen when the cpu player has 2 fouls in the first qtr, he will take him out. But In the 2nd quarter only if the cpu have 4 fouls it will bring him out

It worked for me the week of launch like everything in this game. Now half the game doesn't work properly
