Error Code 4b538e5C (NBA 2k20 xbox one)

I was just playing NBA 2K20 January 2nd offline Myleague mode and everything was fine, but now I'm getting a connection error code 4b538e50. I convo with a 2K rep and he gave me a list of suggestions and none of them worked: https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/arti...0C-or-4B538E50. He also said the 2k server shutdown may have an effect on this (dec 31st was the shutdown), but i was just playing offline fine Jan 2nd. anyone know how to fix this problem please? thanks.

You haven’t edited or relocated more than three teams have you?

Because more than 3 saves action activates online saves.

how does this effect me with the error code tho? i'm trying to get back access to connect my internet to the game

The servers just shut down, I think, so if I'm not mistaken you're screwed. That's why you don't relocate/edit/expand more than 3 teams unless you're on PC.

damn smmfh. sigh, i just wasted my time then smh. I had 2 dope custom myleague's going (95-96 & 96-97). The rep from 2K said i can start a new myleague, but i would just have to relocate only 3 teams which ****ing sucks smh
