Create A Player totally BROKEN in 2k23. PLEASE FIX 2K

Currently playing the game on my vacation in New Zealand and the CAP system in this game is totally broken �� Players come out looking nothing like what you make them to look like. They all come out with this weird chubby looking baby face. It’s currently impossible to create Barkley, Miller, Sheed, B-Roy or any other missing legend. Here’s an example of what I’m talking about

Can you be a bit more specific Kob, So we can push it forward?

So if you made him Caucasian he’d turn out like the second screenshot regardless?

Is it just the headshot, or the actual player that’s off?

The player card face was a little off in last years game too.

It’s the actual player. Like none of the features come out right. I try to change the nose, the lips, the eye shape, etc. They still come out looking weird like the second pic that I posted.. No matter the preset.

The only thing that changes is the skin tone, eye color, and the hair.

I can’t speak on the MyPlayer portion, but the offline CAP is for sure broken. By ‘totally’ I mean facial customization.

I'm curious to know what you mean by push it forward? Are you able to get the Devs or 2K to change and/or fix things in the game? Servers? Online input lag?

IDK, but it seems like every sports game I've played with a create-a-player mode, the face that you made all of your modifications to comes out looking slightly different from what's seen on the field/court. Granted, it's not completely different -- but your CAP player ends up being only "adjacent" to what you created. That goes for 2K, Madden, MLB The Show, and AO Tennis. Weird.

i have been lurking on these forums for awhile and I just created an account to say that I am having this same issue. The create a players look very strange, no matter what you do. In game they do not look anything like they do in the player creater. This is a game breaking issue for me personally. I usually use player lock in MyNBA as a replacement for MyCareer. And that is ruined if I can't make a normal looking player.

Knew I wasn’t the only one to notice. It’s almost 2k18 levels of bad. Hopefully they come with a patch soon

Oh no...I wanted to start creating missing players like Barkley, Miller, Rasheed and so on. I hope they fix that soon

This is being looked into. I don't know anything more than that.
